“Angelina was wonderful, she was patient and helpful. I found a ring that I loved and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to make it mine. There was a small issue with the ring and the assistant manager said it couldn’t be sold. Angelina made sure to take the time to exhaust all options before turning me away. She worked up the chain of command to verify the policies and as it turns out, the ring was able to be sold & I left very happy with the ring, but overall just very impressed with her customer service and I was happy to purchase from her.”
