Ilovekickboxing is a great way to achieve your goals of becoming stronger and losing weight. I love going to the 930am classes. Everyone is kind and inviting when you are there and the instructors are amazing. I am starting with the 6 week challenge but I know I’ll continue beyond that.

Absolutely love this place. Workouts definitely get your heart pumping. All the coaches are so much fun and so supportive. 6 week challenge is worth the reward you will feel amazing after you beat it.

I have completed the 6week challenge and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love this facility, the trainers are amazing. Getting in shape is hard as it is but they made sure to make it so fun. The place is super clean and have literally everything you could need to enjoy your workouts.
