This branch in Whitehall is notorious for not having all the Gas Points items available to purchase. Just finding them is a PROBLEM! You only have a few choices & wind up buying things you don't want or need. Plus when you try to have the points added @ Customer Service, you aren't guaranteed the points earned when you DO buy the required items! It's a WASTE of TIME anymore!

Clean, respectful of my service dog, super helpful employees. This is my favorite store.
Completely lost me by having your “sorry this entrance is closed” sign inside where it cannot be seen by disabled people trying to park near a door they can enter and exit. It is USELESS there! I’ll update my review if y’all fix it, but seriously! How the heck am I supposed to see that BEFORE I’ve walked all the way to the WRONG DOOR. Put it OUTSIDE so we can at least see it from the lane as we’re STARTING to walk up.
