I ordered online two pair of shoes and paid it. A week goes by and I get an email that they canceled my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift now I have to shop in a hurry for something different. Very upset that they made me wait a whole week just to tell me they canceled it.

The man helping me listened to what I was looking for and sold me exactly that. He was helpful, knowledgable, polite, and stood way out from the help I got at the Foot Locker and the other footwear store in the Lehigh Valley Mall... wish I knew his name, but he had long blond dreadlocks... grateful.
