Really took care of me when i went in to get a suit. Very knowledgeable and polite. Made the whole process easy. Especially when it can be a struggle to find stuff at regular stores. Their clothes also have a bit more give to make mobility easier.

Went in to get new work chlothes as this is always where I have bought my stuff in the past. Waa greeted by a salesmen who was not very friendly and seemed like we were wasting his time. After trying on a few things that I wasnt happy with the rep basicly said well thats all I have. After maybe 3 pairs of pants your telling me you have nothing else? Ok that sounds right. Walked in ready to drop about a thousand dollars on new work chlothes and walked out with nothing since the rep didn't seem to interested in helping me

Love shopping here. My place to go for shoes my size. Tired of not being able to try on shoes because most stores do not carry my size. Here at DXL the smallest size is 13. So when I need 14 Wide, DXL is my place to go.

I have always enjoyed shopping at DXL (Whitehall Pa.) for years.
The variety and styles are on par with what I need.
This most recent visit, however, demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I was in need of a very specific style, color and size of a shirt, and while the website said they were, in stock at this particular store, I needed to call and confirm before making long drive. The gentleman that I spoke to at 10:30 in the morning confirmed that they did in fact, have what I needed on the shelf, after stepping away from the phone and seeing from himself.
I was able to come in later in the day and make the purchase that I needed.
It’s the little things, but these are the things that keep me coming back.
