Walked in the door to check out an item, employee was at the door to immediately tell me "just so you know we close in 14 minutes." Then another employee was near us the entire 10 minutes I was in the store. The item I was looking at wasn't going to work for my needs so we decided to leave, we were told that we must walk around all the registers to exit...along with another couple.. yet the same employee opened the automatic doors (that were locked before closing time) for 2 gentleman for them to leave empty handed. That experience alone makes me not want to shop at this store.

I love waiting in line for a permit, only to have the cashier Jake move to another register just before its my turn, making me wait for 15 minutes.

Excellent excellent service. Staff very helpful and patient.Came there with my daughter to buy a bike. They helped us pick it out and took their time making sure the bike was safe. They called it a tuneup. Now I'm a mechanic so when they said tune up I was curious. Boy did they impress me and my daughter with the way they went over her bike before they let us leave the store. She was so happy and so was I. I will be returning to get my other daughter a bike and my wife. Thanks guys.

Some of the associates who work at this location are very rude.. I came in looking for a specific item and was told the week prior they had the item in transit and should receive it within the next week or so. I arrived at the store and was told they no longer were receiving/ expecting that item. I asked an employee who was stocking items on the floor if he could check their inventory and see if the item was still in transit and he replied with “we are no longer expecting to receive the item and we do not know what we are receiving until the truck comes.” He was very hesitant to check their incoming inventory and appeared as like it was a bother for him to do so even though I explained to him that they were able to check the inventory last week.

Went there to try on Brooks sneakers. The man in the sneaker department was great, super helpful and personable. We went to the store in Whitehall. It was a great experience.

very disappointed that they have very limited Hunting apparel. I understand why I don't really go there anymore this is another store that won't be long before there going out of business

Went in to buy a stadium chair, and a wonderful young lady helped me. We couldn't find it on the sales floor, she looked it up on her handheld saw they were in the back and she went and got it for me, I truly appreciate it! That is how customer service is supposed to be. Good job.
