Shane from Decor Home Furniture is terrific! I visited a number of stores in the Lehigh Valley, looking for a new couch and stumbled upon this place the other day. First off, the selection is amazing, as are the prices. Shane was so knowledgeable and helpful - he’s funny too! He made a boring process a great experience! Highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY from this store. They sell broken items and refuse to repair or replace them. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I had a terrible experience and received poor-quality furniture. I bought a bed and chest for $2300, which the store claimed were their highest quality products. When they were delivered, both the bed and the chest were broken. When I called to complain, they refused to exchange or return the items, offering only to repair them. They fixed the chest, but it broke again a week later. I called back, and they told me that the manager might call me back when available. Then the district manager called back and, despite my warranty, refused to send someone to fix the issue until I delete my review and close the credit card case.

Shane was extremely helpful. He showed us a great amount of options of bedroom sets and helped us choose the perfect one. We checked out about every furniture store but you can’t beat the prices here. We are pleased with our purchase.

Large selection of high quality furniture. Shane was great to work with and worked with us to give us a really good deal. We picked up our furniture the next day. When one of our furniture pieces ended up broken upon taking it out of the box, they were quick to give us a brand new one. Great experience!
