Had a great experience. Made an appt for my mother to get a mother of the bride dress. Kim was friendly and honest. Helped my mother pick the perfect dress. She was so happy and comfortable. Thank you Kim!

Alteration staff was not pleasant, more so one of the ladies. Rue was great! It was uncomfortable for my group because it seemed as though one of the ladies was belittling him in front us. Trying to accuse him of not doing our alterations correctly and being too slow. He was fine! There was also much confusion with our appts, one was never booked, one was booked under wrong name, etc. Was not a fun experience. Also, women's restroom is disgusting! It is like a gas station bathroom. Totally gross. Would expect way more from a bridal gown store! You would think the bathroom would be well-kept for all the ladies coming in on such a special day in their lives. If I need to come here again, I will wait to use the bathroom somewhere else.
