gave me a hard time over a raffle win that was won for my husband i had screen shot QR code and flx pass because app always crashes.telling me she cant give me my shoes unless i can enter app.I had to say that i called corporate to scare her for what was to be mine. then the two man who work there mumbled " ya shes really gonna fit that size " I guess they were mad because they was looking to keep leftover pairs. so hamulating it was for me. I will skip store pickup to avoid this again. It shouldn't matter what size i purchased i paid for it and not like i stole it. This is the reasons the mall dont have anything the employees arrange for family and friends to take all stock. Im a 5'6 female bet they wouldnt do that to my husband but take advantage of a female. Coprate should really correct this not sure why people choose jobs that dont really dont like.

Bought sneakers for my grandson 2 weeks ago went to exchange them because they didn't fitThey told me they were used The only thing was that he tested them outTo see if they fit they didn't fit so I went to Exchange them For a smaller sizeThey said it had scratches on it Do yourself a favor don't Do yourself a favor don't buy in that store

Always selling expensive sneakers that have dirty soles. When you ask for a fresh off the shelf/back inventory pair they lie and say no thats the last pair. Not worth it if you're a sneaker head. Too many toung kids running the store. Poor Management!

I understand the whole mask thing, but any other store allows you to walk into a store maskless. My mom is fully vaccinated. She tried to go into the shop with my dad, and the lady standing out front told her she was not aloud in. AGAIN, ANY OTHER sTORE YOU CAN GO IN maskless. Then to top it off a family came out of the store with all of there masks pulled below there chins and talking to her on there way out. The lady standing out front was extremely rude, and didnt handle the situation very well! Worst place ever.
