Great selection of products. Customer service could have been better. I purposefully walked around for 30min and wasn't approached once. If it wasn't for the big selection of products I'd have given a 3 star rating.

The customer service here puts the Best in Best Buy. Jess, went above and beyond to help me with a situation I thought was a lost cause at the end of her day. She was vibrant and eager to help and that’s when I met Lauren and Isaiah from Geek Squad who were also eager to help me. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in that store and today is a day that I needed it and wasn’t expecting it and it was overwhelming. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

Staff just walks around and appears to be avoiding customers. I attempted to speak with 2 different associates and as I made eye contact with them and walked in their direction they ducked off into an aisle and walked with a much faster pace.

Excellent Best Buy, it had everything in that store. Very friendly staff. Not many people go so you have all the attention to yourself. We bought an unlocked Samsung cell phone to use in another country, a Polaroid compact camera that once again became fashionable among young people.

Nobody seemed to know anything except the guy at the front who could have helped but he has to stay at the front. And there seemed to be a family gathering in the that I had the question for so I didn't hang around. Long wait possible!
