If you’re a business owner and thinking to open a business account with BOA, save your time and energy and go somewhere else because BOA is a waste of time.

Had an unsavory experience at this branch. Had booked an appointment at the location to notarize a document, there was no question asked about the type or requirements about the document to be notarized. I reached the branch at the appointment time. Had to wait for 20 mins for a lady (not the notary) to come out and ask for the document. I explained about it. The lady comes out and tells me that they DO NOT notarize “this type of document”! The document in question is a US government issued document!!! I wasn’t even allowed to meet with the notary with whom i had an appointment. The interesting fact is i was able to get my document notarized from another Bank of America branch.

This is by far my favorite bank, and I’ve been in plenty! The customer service, attention to detail and the staff are what keeps me coming back. I closed all other bank accounts, because of this!I trust them like family because they are like family to me.Thank you BOA for providing us outstanding personalized attention.

One of the best banks ever. I am glad I opened an account with them. The staffs are very friendly and it’s like a second home for me. The GM is the BEST. Keep it up guys.

Easy access to ATM both inside and drive through outside. Wish it had automatic doors though, and sanitizer at the ATM area in the bank. After covid, businesses should make an effort to keep their customers safe especially if staff have colds and as the weather changes.

Not a customer, but required their services, and the teller (unsure of her name) and Ms. Granison (advisor) were helpful and very polite.

Why have a phone when no one answers? You can and only get 2 choices 1 to hear bank hours or 2 to get other locations that also don't answer the phone.

Get a grip with proper procedures. Teach management and or train procedures properly. What a waist of time. Totally guided wrongly with paper work for very important documents to fill out. Now it's costly..... Janelle grandson/ Danny

I’m highly upset, and customers need to be aware that when depositing a check. Do not go by the receipt that is given. There is this thing called an extended hold where they hold your money regardless of what your receipt says. I was given a date and time, my funds would be available. I go check my acct, and it says an extended hold was put on it. Totaling 12 days, without any available balance, nor prior notice, email, text, etc. How are they able to do this without any written or verbal agreement or understanding. I have children. This has never happened to me at no other bank before. And they at least give you something available. Now I will have to pay extra fees for having my car insurance postponed to a date, they said would be available. I wonder has this happened to anyone else. Why are customers not aware of this so we have options. It was never said, nor explained to me that this is a possibility. It’s no where on my receipt that states this is even possible. I hope it’s not no funny business going on at that branch. But I will let customers be aware through social media

Terrible customer experience. The Indian woman behind the counter refused to give me directions to another Bank of America. All I wanted was an English speaking American at Bank of America. Unfortunately this woman could not even pronounce my American name. So when I decided to go to another branch, that's when she stopped answering my questions and refused to give me directions. She then began to raise her voice arguing with me. She told me nobody in the corporation would be able to help me because she cannot understand my name.
