The long-haired manager that curses a lot cracks me up, breath of fresh air, makes me laugh every encounter.
I work a job where a lot of people take everything too seriously.
If only everyone were this down to earth!

They had most stuff instock, even the slurpee machine was working. The bad, They had some rodents take me by surprise when the jumped out of the garbage can and ran down the sidewalk.

Went to buy a pack of cigarettes and I had a coupon that I was trying to use. Was told by the cashier that the owner doesn’t accept coupons. What the hell why ? Oh I’m sorry I guess the customer is able to save money in his culture. He’s the only one allowed to get money smh

This place used to be great. But now it's absolutely disgusting. Very dirty around the food areas, slurpee machines are a sticky mess and paper and straw products aren't filled.

Not sure what happened to this store, but it's really bad now. They are charging 17$ for pizza even know then menus say 7.50 at the store and online. Also suddenly everything smells like putrid flowers, even after you return home. It is very nauseating, plasic, food, drinks ect. It instantly gets all over your hands and you have to wash everything. It's like they are spraying all the products in the store with some kind of rotting flowery soap. It never used to be like this until a few months ago.I've been going to this 711 for 15 years and never felt so disgusted about it before today.

I went into your store to use ATM. I also bought gum. The gum was listed at $2.29 & I placed on counter. I was surprised when the cashier said it was $4.59. I politely told him it was $2.29 on the tag. He rudely said to me that it was not his responsibility & the gum may have been in the wrong location. He then pointed to some sign claiming no responsibility. I then asked would he change the sign to the gum now that he knew it was wrong. He said he’s only a cashier & not his responsibility to do so. He was very rude & not customer friendly.I will NEVER go into your store again if there are very rude employees working there. As an owner, I would be very embarrassed how your customers are being treated.I usually only write positive reviews but felt compelled to write this review on how I was rudely treated.

Always go here before or after work. Staff is usually pretty cool, but there is a new person there and he literally threw my change back at me , with a major attitude for no reason. Not sure if he don't like his job, or jist having a bad day, but that stopped me from going back after work.

The service and selection could use some improvements. I find it extremely rude when you go to check out and the attendant is on the phone (a obvious personal call) and you get an annoyed look because you are disturbing the personal call with your purchase. Heaven help you if u need to ask for something behind the counter or a question. My contribution to that business was such an issue, how dare I disturb the personal call she was on.Just ridiculous. No sense to hang up the phone and maybe call back on your break or when the store is empty. That was the 3rd time I ever went into that store and that was the last time I will go into that store. Rather go somewhere out of my way and be treated like a normal customer at a normal place.So sorry for interrupting your personal time on the clock, that was so rude of me.
