“My experience with Romi was great! He took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He showed me how to wrap my saree and even recorded it, so I would be able to refer back to it when it was time for me to wrap it myself. The only thing I would suggest is, if you buy bracelets to go with your outfit, make sure each different type of bracelet in the set fits. I only tried on one type before I bought them and once I was getting ready for my event, that one type was the only one that fit. So, out of about 40 bracelets in the set, I was only able to wear 4 of them. Other than that my experience was amazing!! Romi was very kind and professional!!”
“Came here for scrubs, and had a fantastic experience. The employee who helped me, Larry, went well above and beyond and made it a genuinely lovely experience and I would come back to this specific store just because of the excellent service. I have difficulty finding my size and only specific scrubs fit me well, and he both helped me pick new ones to try and special order a type I was looking for with impressive patience and dedication. Despite IT difficulties he spent a lot of effort to ensure I got the correct service and was friendly and cheerful throughout it all. Best experience I've ever had scrub shopping and will definitely recommend! :)”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”

“I absolutely love everything about this store. The fashion vibe is current, trendy, stylish, yet affordable. I've been in the store more recently then in the past and I'm in love with Francesca's!! What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit. They have a nice selection of items.
