If I could give a zero I would! I went to get a covid/flu shot. When I got there no customers were in the store. I walked back to pharmacy, told the young woman behind the counter why I was there and she asked if I had an appointment. I responded that I did not. I was told they could not give me the shots without an appointment. I wasn't happy but turned and began to walk away when she said that walk-ins were taken Tuesday-Thursday. I reminded her that today was Thursday and her response was "starting next Thursday" Now I see why major chains are closing their stores. Next one should be in White Oak.

The pharmacy staff is the worst. They are slow and not very nice. This is my third encounter with this place and I've had the same experience all three times.

Horrible service- I was promised a blood thinner prescription and a delivery by Kaitlyn the pharmacist - she never filled the prescription. If you're having issues with them, go to @VictimofRiteAid and tell them your story. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. I think she may have a hidden agenda and is picking peoples names by ethnicity and purposefully ruining their orders. I've asked for her to be retrained and they refused to answer me. I am waiting to hear from one of their VP's. If you're having trouble with Rite Aid, don't believe the labor shortage nonsense - they are reducing their corporate footprint and closing down 100's of outlets, leaving the remaining ones to pick up the load. It's their fault, not ours.

Terrible service, pharmacy is beyond slow. Historically as well, not just Covid/lack of help. Never answer the phones, I would absolutely never go again'

My pharmacy closed and my prescriptions were transferred to Rite Aid in white oak. I decided to give it a try for the past year. They have not only taken dayyyys to have my prescription (usually antibiotics, nothing crazy) but have also given me the WRONG prescriptions. If you plan to use the drive thru plan on having a good 40 minutes to wait in line and they MIGHT have the script ready or not. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy unfortunately:(

Dear Rite-aid..maybe I should call you rite-off. My long time neighbor Rick Popelas after many many years as a pharmacist with your company in White Oak was terminated under trumped up accusations and write-ups by the new young blood lower paid pharmacists. I find it interesting that Rick happened to just turn 65...not cool Rite-Aid. I can assure you I will be boycotting Rite-Aid and take my business to CVS from now on. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. A person gives you unrequited loyalty and career should not be tossed out like the trash.
