Bianca when above and beyond for me. I had to go back to work and she was able to get my printer job job ready for when I could come back. Remembered to give me back my usb too. She truly cares about the customer and UPS is lucky to have her. I hope I have her service when I am back again. Go you Bianca, I appreciate ya!
