The store was not open on Wednesday, even though the sign said the store opens at 11:00. I called repeatedly with no answer. Tried again 45 minutes later still no one there! Came back two days later, it was 15 minutes after opening time and the staff member just got there.Myself and another customer were let in. The store was dark and no lights were put on. We're looking around the store in the dark! I had to purchase the phone I wanted on line with assurance when it came in the staff member would transfer all my information when it arrives. After I received my new phone I went back to Cricket. He "transferred "all my data and l left. Unfortunately, I had to redo all the transfers, I lost some apps in the process. I would recommend anyone who is a Cricket customer to steer clear of the White Oak store!!

How does this guy have a job? 4th time there; finally someone to see me. Was on his phone with his girl the entire time he waited on me. Couldn't be bothered to wait on "customers". Pitiful. Cricket, you lose.

This is the second time I have spoken or gone into this place in White Oak the Cricket store the salesman was rude and ignorant and instead of him waiting on a customer who was in the building he worried about getting the phone so I don't recommend anybody ever going to this store it's ridiculous

ZERO STARS, the management of this establishment is ridiculous. I was just in and currently they have 1 employee working who is VERY SICK and went to the bathroom to puke 2x while I was there. Apon talking to the employee I find out that he is being made to stay there by his bosses because they have no one to cover him. So instead, they are risking potentially exposing customers to COVID-19 or other possible illness. They should be ASHAMED of themselves, making this poor kid work like this.

This store does not deserve any stars! You can show up and wait outside and no employee shows up to open the store! Had that happen. The latest is, I went and asked about the need to upgrade phones and was told by 2 employees that I didn't but got home and called Cricket and was told upgrade or our phone will get shut off due to the 3g shutdown.These kidshave no knowledge and just do not want to work so I had to use the North Huntingdon store to do the phone upgrades. (By the way, BIG difference! These guys are sooo helpful and on their game!!)One problem with one of the phones why?... but I went back to the White Oak store and the same kid was there and was so unhelpful and was more worried about talking on his phone than helping a customer so when he said I had to wait till he was done whining about the store being chilly, I grabbed my phone and left. It will be the last time I ever go to this store again and suggest to the owner that he hire real employees with experience in customer service and people who actually want to show up and work! The worst!

Cricket ,You have one of the best sales Managers I've ever met.Ive truly appreciate her energy and upbeat attitude. Kay is such a wonderful person Kays customer service, hospitality, time management and absolute kindness towards all her customers makes it worth the drive to the white oak location a must .As soon as you walk in the door Kay is attentive and professional and extremely Helpful . I'd hire her in a heartbeat.

The kid that sold us our phones was okay but he didn't want to sale us iphones we were updating from galaxy a11s we wanted iphones but but he told us to go with galaxy a32s and we HATE THEM it's been about 2weeks since we got our phones so now we can't update yet so we are stuck with the galaxy a32s NOT VERY HAPPY

Standing outside the store it was supposed to be open at 12 and it's 12:10. No one and no sign of anyone. For people working full time jobs who can only really come on Sundays it's extremely unprofessional. Will be contacting corporate.
