“I absolutely love everything about this store. The fashion vibe is current, trendy, stylish, yet affordable. I've been in the store more recently then in the past and I'm in love with Francesca's!! What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit. “Even though the holiday shopping made for a larger crowd than normal, the staff went above and beyond to get everyone checked out in record time. Sale prices were fantastic. Only down side, some items in sizes I wanted were out of stock, but still a great shopping experience. Staff should get not only a part L pat on the back but bonus, BIG TIME!”

“I really liked this Hot Topic. They had an interesting selection, better than other locations I visited, but what stood out was the staff. They were really into their jobs and this one lady working there was awesome. She was talking with me about interesting horror genre stuff and I really got along with her, also she pointed out some neat vampire shirts to me. She told me about what the store was selling without being overly pushy about it, which I appreciate, unlike some other store's sales associates are at that mall. I don't remember what her name was but I really hope they promote her or something there, what a really cool person.”

They got some for you different to make a smile on your face each and every time that you go to get something it’s very surprising and the price is right you can even put clothes on layaway. Long story short I was wearing my brides row Hoodie from daily bread today and some guy stops me and says "Hey I know them (daily bread), Great Christian organization") I played it cool, laughed, and agreed because hey he was just being friendly. “It's a pretty cool store. It feels a little dark but that's about it, it's an old building so it's to be expected. The checkout is fairly high tech and there is a WIDE variety of selections for clothing. When I tell you wide, I mean wide: They got everything from neon work jackets to net leggings. Half of the store is closed off, which is weird, but it's whatever”
“This place is beyond words. You can find brand new designer pants for $1. It is so well run by Betsy and the other other women who volunteer to keep this charitable shop open and packed with quality clothing, knickknacks, shoes, gloves, scarves; you name it and it is in the store. I have been shopping here since 2006 and I have saved so much money. One year I found a Burberry Suit for $10. Parking can get a little difficult so I would suggest stopping in on a Saturday. Thank you Ladies for making this place one of my favorite spots to shop.”

“I've been traveling this way for years now and never knew this place was in Swiss Alpine Village. What a little diamond!!! Stopped there for the first time this weekend. Absolutely LOVED it!!! I really liked the style of their clothes and could have spent a fortune there because everything was so stylish and a bit on the different side. Got a cute jacket and a casual top. They have a nice selection of items. I know most people may throw away the receipt and (as silly as this may sound)...the receipt I got was so nice and clearly done up....the best and clearest to read I've every gotten! Nice vibe in the store!!! Will definitely be back!”

“Basic store like TJ Maxx or Burlington with low prices. Dressing room was not open and you have to be careful of the cloth sizes since it may be on the wrong hanger. Weird checkout line.”
“You wouldn't guess from the branding, but they have clothes for big girls (well, biggish) — this is the only time I've ever been able to try on a sports bra in the store and buy it (3X for D-DD, I think). Bought some size 16 shorts but they have up to 22. Nice!”
“I have visited several times for alterations and have not been disappointed by the work of the seamstress there. The tailor asked me if I wanted a hand-tailored suit. I was reluctant to say yes because of the reviews of others on this site. I finally relented to have him do a blue blazer for me, which he offered at a great price. I was not disappointed. It fits better than any other suitcoat that I have. He also added a faux pocket handkerchief in the breast pocket and put my name inside the blazer in nice script (I had requested neither so these were nice surprises).”

“This store is spacious, spread across 3 levels - men, women & kids. Staff are helpful. They often change their layout adding variety. Stock is refreshed regularly. Excitedly, they have a sale on oftentimes for one reason or another. Its located right in the heart of Walnut Street which is always brimming with activity - shoppers, cafes, gyms and some offices. A visit here shall definitely bridge the GAP! ?”
