First time to patronize the business. One of the worst experiences I ever had. Although it's a "no appointment necessary" I took my 4 month old Maltese for her first grooming. I was told she would only have her face and around her back side trimmed. I waited for 7 hours before they called to say I could pick her up. 7 hours!!! If there was something lower than one star I'd definitely use it.

I’ve never had to wait 6 hrs to get a puppy done for only awash and a slight trim. Absolutely insane! Last time here. Again 6 hours!!!!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here now for awhile and they always do a fantastic job, being my dogs are not always the easiest to groom! Very friendly staff!!

My boys always look fabulous after a visit to Candelore's! My sweet girl just gets a bath and her paws done, but she loves to go with the boys!

I have been taking my 3 dogs here (Finleyville) for a few years now. My dogs have short hair, so I can't review the hair cuts, but the special they always have with the bath, ears, nails... ect is always good for my smooth coat dogs. I love that an appointment is not needed because it is so easy to just come in when I have time.

Everything i go in there with my dog the whole damn staff come running to the front looking at my dog first they say is he needs shaved. They always just want to straight shave him. I thought he was my dog and I tell the groomer what I want. There lazy that's all to it.

I have two dogs - one a lab husky mix who is about 5 and very well socialized, started grooming often from a pup. The other is a 2 year old hound mix who is a covid baby so he’s pretty much afraid of everything when it comes to grooming. Other groomers have refused to take him due to his fear aggression but I brought him to Candelore’s in white oak and they said he did so good! He came home with a nice smelling soft coat and finally got a much needed nail trim. I’ll definitely keep coming back with both my furbabies - also love the convenience of no appointments needed!

Hands down the worst place to take your dogs. We have tried a few times to have our dogs groomed there and each time our dogs left soaking wet. We tried today to get a simple nail trimming. It was pure chaos, 2 girls thought it would be a good idea to let a dog free roam in a open room to cut their nails instead of the normal routine, put the dog on the table, secure its head and cut the nails. They couldn’t get a single nail trimmed on my dog. Plus the one girl decided to answer and play on her phone in the middle of the trimming. We have taken our dogs to numerous other groomers and no one has ever had an issue trimming their nails. The groomers almost always comment how great the dogs did. They are officially off our list. Don’t waste your time or money.

I took my dogs to the White Oak location and was shocked when I picked them up. It looked like they had someone in training groomed my dogs. I asked for them to be bathed with the shampoo for shedding and that was not done. I asked for the nails to be trimmed and ears cleaned. Several nails were not cut and ears were not cleaned. They were both to be shaved short but not down to the skin. They both had long, uneven, uncut hair around the face, ears and legs and chop marks from the clippers all over their body. One dog had the hair on the inside of his back legs shaved down to the bare skin. The staff is very friendly but did a terrible job. I will never go there again or recommend that groomer.
