I was unfortunately in a collision out of state first accident ever. Very confused on the process. Out of the great reviews I seen here I’d figure it was a good choice. Thank God I never looked back! From day one they were on top of everything! From the drop off to picking up my car I could not thank them enough ! Sami was amazing with keeping me updated though it. Dale reviewed the final walk through to make sure it was back to the original car before anything ever happen ! Thank you to your team for an amazing job !

This shop in White Oak was so good it was hard to believe....men in body shop were so informative and NICE, and the manager, Dale Popovich, was extremely cooperative...great shop and highly recommend....also do great work.....:)

It took forever for parts to come in so they could fix the vehicle. But they kept me updated throughout whole process and gave uncomfortable time lines to complete. The one weather strip installed that didn’t stay on. They made it painless to come back in to fix it. He also remarked account in case I have future issues. I would definitely recommend them. Both the man and woman that works in that office/trailer are easy to work with.Service: Body & Trim

Repaired my car after a deer hit me. When I got it back there was new damage on the opposite side. They claim it was there when it came in, but when we looked at the car together it was not there. The guy I talked to said he took pictures when I dropped it off. I was standing there with him, no photos were taken. Sounds to me like this notation and photo only appeared after they damaged my car. Someone there screwed up and they do not take responsibility.Services: Painting
