“I arrived after they had closed. The manager ask if he could help me. I told him I needed to cash a check, to pay the plumber. He assisted me with taking the money out of the atm. He said he would call the 800 number if there was a problem taking the money out of my account thank you”
“S&T white Oak has had a complete change in staff compared to years ago. It runs a lot more friendly and smoothly on week days. Now the times are 9:00am to 4:pm for the lobby and 8:30am to 5:00 pm for the drive up. But they are open a hour longer on Fridays. Saturdays are 9:00am till 12.”
“Each and every time I go to this branch I have had outstanding customer service each and every time. Melissa and Chuck, have been awesome. I have encountered with the bank tellers multiple times and also very friendly uplifting customer service. Melissa has been such a sweetheart and I’ve encountered with her over the last few years and she’s simply the best. 10 stars for the White Oak Branch.”
