Rite Aid in White Haven is definitely a 5 star Pharmacy.I am always greeted and thanked with a smile from the associates , pharmacist, and pharmacy personnel. Always courteous and willing to help with finding anything I need or questions I may have.My prescriptions are always ready when I call them in.If I'm getting a new prescription in person the wait time is extremely quick.Very courteous and friendly staff.

Tricky they were unpacking their weekly order and were not prepared with the day after9⁸ candy sale which ianjusrn want and came out for.Riteaide you need to either hire.me...I'm avail and can catch up with floor merchandishing and i have some questions on how to improve a stores overall function

The nice folks here know how to do their job unlike the pharmacy staff in mountain top ,I have my heart meds when mountain top would not refill my meds,same company better people in white haven

I had such a great experience every time we go in. I always can find what I am looking for and more at great prices. Love the clearance as well. Joann was great, patient and has a great personality.

My dog started having seizures and my Vet prescribed an anti-seizure med. Not knowing any better and being a trusting soul I went to my neighborhood rite aid store to fill his prescription. The 14 day script was $105 or $2.50 per pill. I was shocked at the cost but put it on my credit card as my dog needed it. When I got home and googled the pill and I found out it only costs 25cents a pill at the Walmart Pet Pharmacy and several other places. I called my Rite Aid immediately and asked if a mistake had been made and was told that no mistake was made that $2.50 a pill is their price and since I had left the store I could not return them for a refund. So Rite is charging 10 times as much as Walmart for the exact same pill. This is a despicable business practice that in my opinion should be illegal and I will never think of this store in the same way ever again.
