My favorite type of place to go to eat: small, family owned, and non chain. This place checked those boxes. The staff was very friendly, patient, and personable. Food was delicious flavorful and fresh. Though a little expensive, it's definitely worth it. This was my first visit here and we'll definitely be back.

My last client cancelled and was able to take myself out for dinner. I usually get the eggplant parmigiana, which I haven’t made since finding this hidden gem or the prime rib, which I always found bland elsewhere or at a wedding so I never ordered it. But whatever they do to it, I am age huge prime rib fan only here. Special menu for the holiday, the gentleman sitting next to me had the chicken and jumbo crab piccata, so delicious and done to perfection. The salad, although I prefer no tomatoes or croutons it is like no other in the area. I added blue cheese crumbles and their homemade apple cider vinegar dressing which is to die for.Sometimes i add blackened or Cajun chicken when I want to be healthy. I am extremely particular about my food and could eat here once a week. BYOB. The staff is so friendly and the place is quaint. Great for a date night. Family friendly.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice. The first time was great. The second, not so much.Soups were like warm, I ordered chicken picatta, and it definitely was not. I was served a whole chicken breast covered in butter with a lemon wedge. I ate three bites and was so turned off. Not even one member of their staff checked on us even after we told a staff member that our soups were cold. The best part of our entire meal was the apple pie

The food is always good, so is the service. I come here every time I visit family. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food always good. Try the corn bread pudding it's my favorite. French onion soup so so good. Prime rib cooked perfectly. It's a small cute family place and we'll worth it.

What a great experience. From the service to the food, this place is a gem. Hidden in a small town, the place was wall to wall people because the food was outstanding. I had the prime rib, cooked a perfect medium rare. My husband had the smothered steak. The portions are huge, the food was hot when it arrived and all accompaniments we just as delicious. The server and hostess were so sweet. I wished we lived in the area, it is a definite must try!

When covid was going on this place was more than happy to see you, now I walk in for a takeout order and I get treated like I have the black plague ! They wont even answer the phone anymore to place a takeout order ! From here on in I will start making my own prime rib it will be cheaper !

Don't eat at this restaurant - ignore the good reviews - I wish I had believed the bad reviews. The meat on my ribs was not only NOT 'falling off the bone' but I could barely saw them apart with the serrated knife provided. I don't know how these dreadful ribs were prepared but they certainly weren't smoked on the barrel barbeque standing behind the restaurant. I had leftover ribs that went in the trash when I got home.

If you like bland food, this is the spot for you. The chicken looked like it was boiled and placed on the plated. I've never seen that before, literally no seasonings. All of us got different dinners, none of us were impressed. It was pricey considering how basic the options were. The people next to us also had the sad looking chicken and dry pasta but seemed to enjoy it I guess it's an acquired taste. I prefer seasonings and flavor so this isn't a place I would try again. The service was quick.

The food was delicious, the environment was great, and the service was excellent! Definitely will be back next time we visit!Kid-friendliness: This was a great place for dinner with our 1 year old. The staff were great with him and interacted with him.
