“TLDR: Exceptional service all around- West Middlesex PA delivers!
The Estes operation is unmatched in service, dependability, and customer focus, but our delivery today by the West Middlesex PA terminal truly showed their best. I scheduled an extremely important pick up in Texas on Tuesday, 01/13, guaranteed to deliver in Ohio on Friday, 01/16, before 5pm. My rep, Mike Pasquerilla, is always on it, and immediately contacted the pickup terminal to confirm. Dispatcher Terrance Smith promptly responded and later provided the tracking number for me, with the correct ETA for Friday. Imagine my surprise when I heard one of our favorite local drivers, Tony Hightower, checking in to deliver this order today - Thursday at noon - a solid day early! Because the warehouse was out for lunch, Tony unloaded our order himself and 5 minutes later, all 6 skids were on my dock in great condition. If you're looking for reliable, professional, and customer centered LTL shipping from pickup to delivery, I highly recommend Estes!”

“If you are having delivery issues, reach out on Facebook and have someone file a service issue directly with the facility to get it resolved. I was having issues with packages being put at the wrong entrance, and that seems resolved now. Yesterday in the snow, a driver carried a heavy Chewy box all the way up from the road to my front door. I appreciate that!”

“The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful.. I am handicapped and the assistance I received was appreciated. BUT, and this is kind of a big but, their cost to ship documents with UPS overnight was extremely expensive.. I found that Staples is at least 30% cheaper. Other than that, these people and the service they offer is great..”
