Staff at this location are very professional and organized, provides a very positive overall experience especially compared to other tint and aftermarket shops. I have used them 3 times in the last few years and most recently they honored our 7 year old warranty for a small amount of bubbling on the tint of our rear window. I was fully expecting to pay to have it redone after so long but it was free with no questions asked. 10/10 experience.

Took 2 vehicle to be undercoated here. The first one we had a bedliner sprayed in which was messed up had clumps in it and was not properly done. The undercoating was everywhere. It was on the paint and the tow hooks. The second vehicle we gave them a second chance on. Keep in mind these are 100k vehicles. The second one had globs of undercoating on the paint and also inside on the Leather seats that were red interior seats!!!. They call and say that it's complete but was a complete mess. We have 4 other vehicles that need undercoated and we would never ever recommend this place to anyone for anything even if you do not have a new vehicle. They do not take pride in their work that much I can say. We even stated to them please take extra care to not get it on the paint an take a second walk around to make sure it's OK and they did not. Would not recommend or trust this place with another vehicle again. It's like they could care less about quality of work and more about how many they can get done.

I found this group very easy to work with especially Darren. This was the 1st time in a long time I had my car detailed and polished where my 2019 Audi looked brand new afterwards where scratches and some paint/tar from PennDot was able to be removed. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks

I had a terrible experience dealing with Ziebart. I have used them in the past but this time it was just awful. When I went to pick the car I noticed the wheels had not even been cleaned. It was around 5pm so the front desk guy came out and wiped them off. No tire shine. I then get in the car and see that my gas light is on and I had a quarter tank when I dropped it off. I then notice a difference in 70 miles from when I dropped the car off to when I picked it up. They have this noted on their drop off report. When I questioned them about the difference in mileage they said it was a keystroke error on their end but nobody took my M4 6 speed out for a joy ride. They said the gas was down because they let the car run to delay the interior…. Ok but a quarter tank of gas? You can see the pictures too of the seats and mats not being properly clean. I am not even sure what I paid for besides having someone take my car out and enjoy a free ride.

Had my Pathfinder in for detailing. The door jambs were not completely cleaned, the top of the lift gate jamb wasn’t even touched, and the driver’s mat still had a bit of mud on it. I had to finish the “detailing” myself. Would not recommend this service.

Zeibart rustproof my 2020 Mustang from New. The car is minimally used and garage keep with no winter usage. This review is for the experience of dealing with the annual inspection and touch up. The manager is always friendly and accommodating when scheduling or rescheduling. The car has always been carefully maneuvered when in their care along with professional work done and no over spray.

I had one of my trucks done, a 2024 F450 with ceramic coating and undercoating and the dealership sent it to this Ziebart in Wexford. The ceramic coating they did is just a cheap wax it seems like. Does not even bead up on the truck and is not smooth at all. Not happy at all with it. The undercoating looks as if its sprayed on okay.Highly don't recommend the ceramic coating from them. Looks like I was taken for the price they charged for sure.I will have to take this to a trusted place to have redone and pay again. Thats why the one star.
