The salesman was fine. The finance guy not so much. Buyer beware. Lenny tried to sneak a tire package in to my loan. I asked how much and he told me a couple bucks. When signing the paperwork, I noticed the numbers weren’t matching the numbers the salesman gave me. I asked Lenny about the difference and he hesitated. Eventually I got it out of him, it was the tire package. I asked him again how much is that. He again said a couple bucks. After pushing, he stated $600.00. I refused, he told me this was a mistake that people come in everyday thankful they had the tire package. He also told me the tire package is what got me the lower interest rate of 7.93. I still refused. He kept the interest rate at the 7.93. I’m getting more mad typing this. We’ll going through my paperwork now and there’s a summary of accepted and denied coverage. That tire package is $1,234 not $600. This is terrible business. This is the second car I bought from Wright and it will be the last.

If you're searching for a dealership that is honest and easy to deal with, look no further than Wright Hyundai! The sales consultant I worked with (Josh Kosick) is as personable, knowledgable, and efficient as they come. The rest of the staff is respectful of customers' time, efficient, and not pushy. If you don't live close, this dealership is worth the drive!

Highly, highly recommend this dealership. As a single woman, the car buying process can be really overwhelming and intimidating due to the stereotype of car dealerships. I promise you, you won’t experience those things here. Scott and I met in May, and I wasn’t in a position to buy yet. I reached back out this month (September!) and was shocked that he remembered me and remembered what I was looking for. Financing was easy, as they work with a variety of banks. I went in with firm boundaries about what I could and could not do, and was not pressured outside of those lines in the slightest. I’m super happy with both my car, and my experience as a customer.

I got great money for my trade in, and the salesman Chris was top notch. He was straightforward and honest. He told me what he could and could not do straight up. I would recommend Chris 100% for your next purchase used or new. I had a great experience and am very glad that Chris was the salesman who approached me first. I have said his name 3 times already, but just ask for Chris when you get there.

Had a delightful experience getting a new vehicle! Seeing as my old car was STOLEN, I made sure to get a new vehicle that I felt safe and secure in. Brian was very helpful throughout the process, Vlad was upfront with numbers, and shoutout to Bill for bringing some laughs along the way. These guys are genuine. Here's to better memories in my new Buick Encore.

Purchased a car here and the entire experience was awesome! Jeff Young was our salesman and he was great! He was very personable and extremely helpful with our questions. Lenny in finance was great too! Overall terrific experience. Would totally recommend these place and both of these Hyundai reps to anyone!

I had a very bad experience at Wright Hyundai(probably the worst dealership experience of my life). My 2023 Tucson just 4 months old started showing check engine light and when I took the car for service, they asked me to leave the car at the service center and to expect a call soon. After 4 days I got a call and was told that the engine harness needed to be replaced and that engine harness was not available any where in the country and was back ordered for 6 weeks. They would keep the car until they get the replacement part. I requested(Almost pleaded) for a spare car as I have a 2 year old and thats my only car. They were very rude and obviously didn’t give me a spare car and asked me to open a case with Hyundai. Hyundai case manager called after 2 days and suggested to get a rental car from Enterprise which Hyundai would reimburse after the repair was completed. I had to pay $650 per week for the rental vehicle. It’s interesting that Hyundai thinks everyone will have $2600 per month available just to spend on rental car. Anyhow, I paid for rental for a week and the had to return it because I could not afford it any longer. I was without a car for next 3 weeks. I was at the mercy of my friends. After almost a month the service center called and said my car was ready. Later I did get the money reimbursed by Hyundai. But for the three weeks that I spent without car, Everyday I would hope and pray not to run into any kind of emergency. I was so much mentally, emotionally and financially exhausted. I didn’t have my car, I didn’t know when to expect my car back and I was still paying the installments for the car every month. I hope they treat humans like humans. I was a customer and a happy one until I saw their real face.

If you want a car purchase that’s done right, then this is the place you should come! Everyone involved made my purchase as seamless as possible. It took me much less time that I have with previous vehicle purchases. They know what they are doing and they are selling reliable vehicles. All while being upfront and honest. They work to get you in the vehicle you want. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you gentleman for everything!

Always take the best care of me and my car, service people are lovely and very fun to be around! I will keep bringing my hyundais back for all its needs, they're like family to me. It's awesome to have the whole staff joke around with you while picking up your car

Had a 10 am. appointment for oil change and recall fix. Told over the phone would be 1 hour. Arrived at dealership, and it will now take 1.5 hours. At 10:50, Car was still sitting in the lot. When I told service rep Kevin, he stated "no it isn't ". Then explained car ahead was slow because of internet issue. Finally left at 12:15 just in time to make it to doctor appointment. No time for lunch for 91 year old dad. Poor communication. Poor customer service.

UPDATE: Mr Smith DID get back to me this same day. Which I greatly appreciate.Tried for over 2 weeks to speak to the General Manager Mr. Smith and the Service Manager Mr. Miller. Left numerous voicemails and messages for both. Spoke to John in Service who acted like I was inconveniencing him while explaining my complaint. Was told there was "nothing the Wright's can do." Clearly their customers are a bother once they get their money.Only reason they got one star is because there was one gentleman on the sales floor that was friendly and attentive.

I went to buy the car of the brand I like.I already knew the quality of the car.Now I arrived at the Wright store, in addition to being very well attended, they have a great differential that I experienced, how to help the customer with the knowledge of the vehicle, very important explanations from when you arrive at the store until you leave with the car, always worrying about the customer.Differential is not only to sell but to meet the customer's needs and overcome the limits.Thank you, WrightI'm enjoying the car a lot, I hope I never regret it.

I had an easy experience with this dealership. They had the best selection of each vehicle I was looking at compared to other dealers. The salesman Brian Cohen was helpful and answered all of my questions and the finance manager was great to deal with. 10x better than my last Hyundai dealer experience. I will buy from them again. I got an Elantra N and they don’t do markup! If you are shopping new Hyundai models, I would visit Wright Hyundai and check out their great selection of new vehicles and fair pricing.
