I have had numerous service visits at Wright Automotive and have always been treated respectfully and always felt that I was being dealt with fairly. This visit was urgent and it was Saturday. They were able to get my van in and serviced in under an hour. Very grateful for the service and response

First I will say Adam in service is wonderful, understanding and heard me. However, I have had my car for 2 years. In the first 6 months to a year I took my car to them for the truck hesitating when accelerating (I knew it was the transmission). I was told that it was flushed before I bought it. Ok no problem, but then a couple months later I had to make an appointment for the problem never stopped. While scheduling the appointment I told them what the problem was and again when I arrived. They said they would check it out as well as other things that needed done for inspection. A year later I'm still having the same problem even took it to another shop where I was told to go back to GMC for I was under warranty. So that's what I did, when I made it to the appointment I was told that it in fact was my transmission I was no longer under warranty and the last time I was there they couldn't find where I told them what the problem was and the guy who wrote down my compliant no longer worked there, but they were able to see the first complaint I made and the call I made about it. Adman told me that I may have to pay out of pocket, but would see what they could do since there was some proof that I had made a compliant about the transmission, ( I was mad because I have been saying it for a year straight and no one listened, but Adam was patient with me and understood where I was coming from). Car was in the shop for a week and when I returned Adam told me I didn't have to pay for it was covered under something (can't remember). I couldn't even be happy for once I drove it off the lot it continued to hesitate when accelerating. I called back to GMC and Adam informed me that I had to drive it a certain amount of miles to see the difference. I drove the miles needed, there still was no difference, so back to the shop I go. They found another issues and fixed that ( had to leave the car for I only had a certain amount of miles I had to be under for it to be covered for free, so I left the truck there). Just like the first time it got fixed it did the same thing as soon as I turned of the lot. I have called several times and left messages every time, but no answer or call back.
The first time my truck went to the shop I was told the transmission had to be torn down to the point of failure to find the problem. They did that, so how is it I had to take it back if they did that. I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care and told me there's nothing more he can do.
I hope I never have to take my truck back there or deal with them again.
Once again ADAM IS GREAT.

It's a shame that I posted a 5 star review less than two years ago and now it's a one star. The service department is unreachable! I called and left a voicemail, no return call received. I called the next day, explained to the operator that no one called me back and she stated she had Nathan waiting to pick up my call. Nope.....went to voicemail, where I left another message. No return call received. Called again today. Again spoke to the operator, who this time took my name and phone number and was going to "walk the message back to them and see if she can get someone to call me back immediately." Have I received a call back yet? No! Buick is supposed to be luxury and great customer service. Think twice before purchasing this brand!

We took the car in to be evaluated and were told they needed to order the parts. They said they would contact us. Several weeks went by, and when we tried to reach out via email and call, we received no reply. It wasn't until we stopped in to check in-person that we were informed that the part had been there for a while. They just never called us. Then, we had to wait another 2 weeks to schedule an appointment to get the issue resolved. We had high hopes that this would be the end only for the car to be in worse condition than when it went in. The car was sent in for an accelerator pedal change and now has 2 engine codes, is shaking and stalling when trying to accelerate. We will not be returning to Wright Automotive unless it is literally the last place on the planet to take our vehicle.

The service manager took excellent care of me. I went in cause I lost power steering. He showed me that when the mother was replaced the other dealership did it incorrectly. They corrected the problem which was wiring fixed a few more things and got me out in a timely manner.

Courteous calls and updates from Tom. He informed me there were some problems with the warranty part (bumper) from Explorer Co. and getting a proper fit, but Tom let me know he needed more time and made it work. Wright took care of the warranty repair as promised. Having an upfitted vehicle with a separate warranty concerned me but l am confident going forward, should there be other issues, that Wright Wexford Collision will work with me and the Explorer Co. to resolve them.

We had the oil change. The SUV was dropped off the night before. We asked that it be done by 2:00 and they called at noon and said it was ready for pick up. It was the first oil change it was no cost.

Warranty replacement of the exhaust on my 2021 Acadia AT4 to a month for parts to arrive. However, Adam kept me informed along the way, and when the parts arrived, got me scheduled and fixed as soon as possible. Communication from Adam was great, very knowledgeable and great to work with. Thanks for taking care of my ride!

One star only because I was happy with the selling price. I have tier 1 credit and was informed the interest rate for my loan would be 8.5%. That seemed a bit high so I did a quick search for the bank's interest rate and it was 6.5%. I asked the finance guy why this was the case and he said he didn't know, but if I bought gap protection (which is included with most insurance companies for free), I could get a discounted rate of 6.5%.I found it a bit odd they can change the interest rates around like that. I took the loan so I could secure the truck, and refinanced the following week. I asked the bank what the difference was about and was informed it's a way for the dealer to take a little off the top and make more money. I don't appreciate being lied to.
