I have nothing but great things to say about the service center! I dealt with Dale both times having an emergency with my car. Courtesy was amazing and keeping me informed was important to them. He even spoke with my son concerning my cars needs and he lives in Florida. The price for the repairs was less than what I expected. Please give them a try and you will be back!

I had my 2017 GMC Sierra in for a check engine light. It turned out to be the transmission temp sensor. They replaced the sensor and wiring harness under warranty. Also threw in a new filter and updated the radio so that my back up camera was not so bright. Had it done in one day. Service advisor Cody was a great help with my aftermarket warranty. Could not be happier.

Service Advisor who handled my Vehicle on this day was extremely helpful and caring about finding the Waterleak near the Sunroof. Also Dale is very nice speaking with him about when Vehicle needs Service..

Dale was so helpful in helping to find good winter tires for my Terrain and scheduling to my convenience since I am a teacher and had to travel 2 hours. Cody met me at the desk and was very courteous as well. Many service departments lack the professionalism that yours does!

Dale and the Service team did a great job fixing my 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL. I had engine problems including the 8 fuel injectors and AFM lifters to be replaced. They stayed on the issue and provided a rental through the duration of repair. They have great customer service and worked directly with Ally on my extended warranty ensuring the repairs were covered with minimal money out of pocket. Thank you for getting my vehicle back up to speed. Great job!

I was treated with respect, that is very important to me. Dave, Jared and Nick bent over backwards to get me the car that I found that I liked. It all started with a call to Jennifer who let me know who I should talk to. I am definitely pleased with that dealership. I will also be doing my inspections and service with them. They couldn’t be any nicer ?

while having my car serviced for a check engine light, i also requested the one time free oil change and tire rotation. when the work was done, the service advisor told me that the one year free oil change expired 3 weeks prior. he notified his service manager and they were able to extend the service at no charge for me...,BTW i did not lease this car from this dealership. great service always from wright

I was treated poorly, They wanted to repair items not needed. Then given the opportunity to fix brakes on way home both brake light and Abs light come on. They say sorry we can’t get it back in for a week and a half. Also said it’s probably a wheel sensor as if they had nothing to do with it. I was so disappointed in this place. It’s a new truck .

I do not have the option of zero stars... Purchased a car on May 22, 2021 as out of state buyers. The finance manager never went over or mentioned that I had to take the car for a VIN inspection. I did not find out until a different finance manager, Nicholas Dugan called and was very unprofessional and rude. I explained I was never told and he was insistent that I was told I had to have the VIN inspection and an emissions test and return the paperwork to them. We do not require an emissions test in my county and he said "you are wrong they are required in (and listed the Ohio counties e-check is required in) and informed him I did not live in any of those counties. He never accepted responsibility that I was not given any information when the car was purchased. I had the VIN inspection done a day later and mailed it on July 3. I was contacted by the Title Office at the dealership the next week to see if it had been done and I told them it was. It was explained to me that I had paid for them to do the registration and license plates (something else that wasn't explained). She said they would send the VIN inspection to a 3rd party and have my license plates overnighted. The very nice woman in the title office said they weren't surprised I wasn't told because it happens frequently and she has to tell them over and over what has to be done for out of state buyers and made them a checklist. It's now July 20 and my temporary tag expires on July 22. I spoke to the title office again and they said they had no idea when the state of Ohio would be done processing and once they did it would go back to the 3rd party for my plates, not how it was explained to me the first time. Attempted to speak to a manager and was transferred to Nicholas Dugan again, I wanted to know what I am supposed to do with a car I cannot drive without legal license plates in 2 days because of their mistake and his response was "it's the State of Ohio's requirement that's your state and your problem". I ended that conversation and left 2 messages for the General Manager Dave Picollo who has not returned my call. Extremely unprofessional and I absolutely would not trust.

A great experience no pressure very helpful! Would definitely recommendMy salesman Matt was great and very helpful! The Manager Dave was awesome he worked to get me the payment I was comfortable with!! They were not pushy at all and even though they had to stay over to get it all done so I could drive away in my new SUV they never rushed anything or rushed to get me out! I would highly recommend them if you are in a search for vehicle :)
