Lost package with rude service...I've been a regular customer at this UPS store, and while the service has generally been good, my recent experience was extremely frustrating. UPS lost my crucial passport documentation package, and despite numerous calls, they failed to respond or provide updates. When I finally visited in person, the staff, particularly one rude lady who had originally accepted my package at the counter, showed no accountability, brushing off my concerns with dismissive remarks " we just don't sit around here" ..instead of a polite apology. No refund was offered, nor was there any effort to compensate for the inconvenience caused or resend the package through overnight delivery due to their negligence. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt really welcomed. Kenny greeted me with a smile as well as Dominic. The line was super long, but it went really quickly. The store was very clean. I really felt valued there as a customer.Keep up the good work!!!

I hope the lady working today has a better day tomorrow. UPS customer support said to take my package here to be picked up, but they never sent a label. The store charges to print their own shipping labels? But the lady was not nice at all. "You have to pay just as you would at your home" But I'm not home, nor do I work for UPS. Odd. I'll pay somewhere else, but not to her. Guy in front of me left to go somewhere else too.

This location is so very helpful and considerate. Haley at the frontcounter made the entire transaction of returning items, so smooth and effortless. She was friendly & smiling and made the entire visit completely enjoyable!

This is my favorite UPS store. They are always so friendly! Plus Julie is the most outstanding help when it comes to preparing & printing cards! She truly cares about customers. If you need any design or printing help you can get it right there at Wexford UPS! Highly highly recommended!

I use this UPS for all of my shipping needs. I have an Etsy store that requires me to ship a variety of package sizes. The staff are so friendly and helpful, Haley always helps me find the right size box for my shipment.

I mailed a package April 1, 2023 to Boyd, Texas. Was told by the store my daughter would receive by April 5, 2023. By April 6 still no package. Waited until April 7 and still not delivered. Called Wexford UPS Store to inquire what the problem was. A woman named Jane answered. She told me the driver could not find the street and it was sitting in a warehouse in Ft Worth Texas. My daughter just moved into a new development and has had no problem getting packages from FedEx, Sephora, Macy’s etc until this shipment. Jane would not help me. She literally told me it was “my responsibility “ to redirect the package she said after it leaves her store it is not “their problem”. This is what I get for $43 to send the package. Jane was rude, sarcastic and no help at all. After I called numerous numbers I was able to redirect her package to another location since “they could not find her street”. I had no idea The UPS Store was a franchise. I will never use this Wexford Office again. Awful customer service. My daughter received her package April 10 and all the Easter candy had melted all over the box. Never had a problem with the Cranberry Store. This Wexford Store is more expensive plus they charge me $2 to print a label. It is 15 cents in Cranberry. Avoid this store!

I use a few different UPS Stores and I've found that Wexford is my favorite. The employees are always nice even when the lines get long. I choose this location whenever I can.

Highly recommend for any printing needs! I worked closely with Julie, the ups print specialist, and she was amazing! First, Julie printed party hat templates that I had ordered elsewhere online and she even took the time to build the hat to make sure it would work. The hats turned out so cute! Then, Julie helped me print special magazines for my business and she made the entire process seamless! She went above and beyond and even corrected missed-typos and offered her professional opinion when I needed it! My books turned out absolutely beautiful and the service was SO fast! I cannot thank Julie and Ups wexford enough! I can’t wait to share my products with clients and return for any future print needs! Thank you again!
