This is and has been historically, the best UPS location in the area. The people there are very kind and very helpful. They used to offer a $1 charge to tape a package, which was a great deal and very convenient. No issues. However today, I was told that is no longer something they offer and I have to buy a $6 role of packaging tape. Again, understandable and I purchased it with no problem. When I was finished, I asked if I could leave it on the counter to allow other customers to use it today who would be in the same situation I was, needing tape. The clerk told me that is not something they are allowed to do. Please change this. Leaving tape behind that I purchased, so other customers can use it for free is an act of kindness, not something against your store.

I had to return something via ups. The whole process is soooo easy (compared to another service) ! They just scanned a code I opened on my phone . Done! I don’t have to prepare wrap packages , I don’t have to buy tapes when I forgot them ! ( I have bought so many one time used tapes and stack them in house , then was told to always keep one in trunk just in case of this).

Kelsey the owner assisted Brandon who was working his first day. I;M NOT ONE TO GET WORKED ABOUT PEOPLE NEW ON THE JOB, CAUSE CHRIST KNOWS I HAVE DONE SOME DOOZIES ON MY FIRST DAY. SO IT TOKe FIVE MINUTES LONGER tops. At all times Kelsey walked the line of not beating up the new guy and simultaneously getting the job done. I dont know anything about shipping, so for Kelsey to send the gift I was sending along with the card was impressive at least to me. I would most highly recommend this business, and I have always received prompt, courteous attention every time. Also, it is no more than a mile from me, so lucky me if I have to send another package. Be good to each other people

Hello !! I Payed For EDDM Service !!! ( Every Door Delivery Mail ) !! EDDM !! I Love Doing Flyers & Designs !! Me & Julie Helped Me Design A Flyer We Both Like !! The Design I Got 5 Phone Calls The First Day For My Bizness & Picked Up 2 Of The Clients Out Of 5 Of The Calls !! That Was Yesterday !! & Today I Have Gotten 3 More Also !! Today !! If Im Being Honest The Service Is Very Worth It It Will Seem Pricey Up Front But This Service Will Get You Calls & Bizness ?? & It Will Get You Bizness Rather Than I Was Knocking On Doors Which In This Day & Age Most Ppl Would Rather Get A Flyer In MailBox Then Answer The Door To Ppl They Dont Know Ill Be Doing This Every Year Definitly Thank You Julie & The Mail Service Thank You To The MailMan As Well !!! LOL

Kelsey and Jane provided such a pleasant experience while visiting this UPS location. They both went above and beyond to assist me, and were so friendly and welcoming. Lost package with rude service...I've been a regular customer at this UPS store, and while the service has generally been good, my recent experience was extremely frustrating. UPS lost my crucial passport documentation package, and despite numerous calls, they failed to respond or provide updates. When I finally visited in person, the staff, particularly one rude lady who had originally accepted my package at the counter, showed no accountability, brushing off my concerns with dismissive remarks " we just don't sit around here" ..instead of a polite apology. No refund was offered, nor was there any effort to compensate for the inconvenience caused or resend the package through overnight delivery due to their negligence. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt really welcomed. Kenny greeted me with a smile as well as Dominic. The line was super long, but it went really quickly. The store was very clean. I really felt valued there as a customer.Keep up the good work!!!

I hope the lady working today has a better day tomorrow. UPS customer support said to take my package here to be picked up, but they never sent a label. The store charges to print their own shipping labels? But the lady was not nice at all. "You have to pay just as you would at your home" But I'm not home, nor do I work for UPS. Odd. I'll pay somewhere else, but not to her. Guy in front of me left to go somewhere else too.

This location is so very helpful and considerate. Haley at the frontcounter made the entire transaction of returning items, so smooth and effortless. She was friendly & smiling and made the entire visit completely enjoyable!
