“Staff are always extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Probably the best smoke shop I've been to. Always well-stocked and clean, there's nothing dodgy feeling about this place at all. Super fantastic business to have on Lincoln Ave and they'll be getting my business for years to come”

“They have a lot of merchandise on the floor to look at for smokers, whatever you need they have it. There very friendly, prices are okay, they also have an environmental control room for their special cigars and tobacco it's right off route 19 in Cranberry PA ,access is very easy, moving around in a wheelchair Maybe a little difficult but can be done there's just a lot of displays on the floor. You could buy a nice gift for a friend or family also. In my opinion the store is okay, thumbs up.”
“Was looking for a place after work to pick up a stick and this shop did not disappoint. Upon entry I could smell the smoke in the air, a good sign.So many sticks I’ve never seen or even heard of before, and all at reasonable prices.Great shop run by great people, will definitely hit them up again when I’m the north hills.”

Edit: I made this review a while ago but wanted to reiterate that this place is the only place to go for your beer needs. Prices are fair, service is exceptional. Management has made this place an 11 out of 10. Great job and continued success always. See you soon.”
“I wish I had caught his name but the young man who just helped me was so lovely and knowledgeable, he just made my day so much better. Helped me with the mod and the tank and the coils... the kid just really knew his stuff but was very happy to help with it all as well. 10/10”

“What more can be said about the kind hearted owner Rahm, and his staff dedicated to health and wellness of all customers, old and new regardless of time of day,holiday, or the 50 cents that a smiling cashier will give on a line of credit as if shirt off back. Any medical questions, not only answered without a copay, but likely holistic product to offer by Dr Rahm. From pain, insomnia, to male E.D, there's a powder, pill, or drink displayed and amount at discretion of the most caring helping hand behind the counter. Long Live Bellevue Tobacco, if franchising is an option which , like shop etiquette, I will be first to expand the thriving name, and become one of the family of Rahms.”
“They have a good selection and one of the guys is always really helpful. Just watch the dates on the beer, I've never seen more out of date beer on shelves...dates can be wayyyy old and not beer you want aged.”

“Was traveling through the area and happened across this shop - via Yelp. Was glad I did. Diana (I'm hoping I have the name correct) was very friendly and helpful! Gave me some great recommendations, and also had the Oliva V's I was looking for!! Small place, but very well stocked! Will certainly go back when I'm in the area!!”
