Atrocious customer service- faulty product that doesn’t actually close properly and is therefore completely unusable. Do not buy this product (mia band)

Customer service was remarkable. Very quick to respond and resolve issues. However, the Mia cuff did not work for me. I could not figure out how to keep it buckled.

I love my Ultimate Cuff! People ask me about it all the time. It's a super cute alternative to any of the other plastic or cheap leather bands out there.
