BEWARE!! They took my money and did not deliver the promised service. Communication was poor, and attempts to resolve the issue have been ignored. I particularly want to warn others about Kerry Lohrman, who works there. Be cautious and thoroughly research this business before engaging with them.

Be cautious in dealings with Sofranko, particularly as a buyer. Recently, I was in the process of buying a restaurant from a seller who used Sofranko as a broker. I wired money to Sofranko to be used as partial down payment of the property. The seller decided that he couldn't uphold the terms of our agreement. So the deal ended and Sofranko kept all of my money -- thousands, not including the legal expenses that were incurred as part of a deal that could have never happened.I wasn't their client and had no dealings with them except as a buyer of a restaurant that happened to be listed through them.

They don't have a Heart. If they did they wouldn't keep hard working people's money when deals aren't obtained. How about you go after the big business that gave you false information to begin with and support the little up and coming entrepreneurs Sofranko!!
