Waited for 30min to be told I have to make an apt for a vaccine. It clearly states online and in the rite aid that they have walk in vaccines available.

I used the drive-thru. The meds were ready and the associate was very friendly. Since I had prepaid, the transaction went thru with no difficulty. It’s my go to pharmacy.

This is not the first time I am disappointed with RiteAid. First it was a rude pharmacist and I was empathetic to her. God knows what she is going through.But this time its just dont care for the customers approach. They have a massive pothole right by drive through and in the night you wont even be able to see it. It costs me a tire and damaged my sports car rim. I am sure there may be few customers who might have experienced the same issue. I will stick to GE & CVS. Wont return again. Also, their responses to customer feedback is pretty much automated, sadly.

This place used to be great, but in the last few months seeing new employees in there. Things have changed! Nobody EVER answers the phones anymore. You have to stop in. When you stop in to get prescriptions refilled the employees seem bothered that you had to come in personally. When you try to get your child's meds, a few of their employees want to treat you rudely or give you some sort of run around to jump through hoops to get it filled, if the medicine is a controlled substance.

I was denied a COVID-19 text by these people because they couldn't find a record in their system. I booked it online and had a confirmation number and everything. I offered to fwd them the email but they weren't interested and told me they couldn't do anything for me. Very poor accountability and utter incompetence by this "pharmacy".

Don’t do DoorDash here they aren’t helpful to dashers if you are looking for something for a customer and don’t see it in the aisle they won’t come with you and help you look for it. Every store I’ve shopped at for DoorDash I’ve never had that happen before.

PHARMACIST hung up on me, a conference call with myself the PHARMACIST, and my insurancecompany. She also hung up on my Dr's nurse. The most unconventional behavior I've ever witnessed by ANY professional. I will never return.

Pharmacy is the worst. Slow, often out of prescription drugs. Pharmacy never answers the phone. Signs always say walk in for vaccines but they have refused me several times over the years because they are too "busy" when the place is empty. I wish I could switch but can't because of my prescription coverage.

Pharmacist and staff are always very friendly and orders are ready on-time if not before. I'm sure they deal with a lot of nonsense all day from people thinking it's ok to yell at them for insurance problems (I've seen it several times first hand), but they're always friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist was discussing guidelines regarding the entirety of my prescription when she would Not fill my overdue prescription because their pharmacy had not bothered to order one of my prescriptions.The pharmacist had no idea that she was discussing supposed pharmacy guidelines with an actual MD. I shall be reporting her to the state pharmacy board, maybe this will make her actually understand guidelines before she refuses to fill a perfectly legitimate and overdue prescription.

This is worst Rite aid location. You can’t talk to anybody and no one returns the call. Riteaid corporate should shut is down for abysmal customer experience. Horrible
