I needed assistance with opening a bank account for my uncle in hospice care. I had all of the legal paperwork; notarized Power of Attorney, Notice of Principal, etc. After 2 months of stone-walling me with wild-goose chase requests for legal documents I went to another branch who helped me open one right away. They viewed me as an annoyance rather than a customer in need. Shame on this place.

It took TWENTY minutes to print off a freaking debit card… the rude teller who said it would “only take a minute” had completely forgotten about me. If it weren’t for one of the other managers offering to help, it would’ve taken even longer. Pathetic! ?

The teller was wonderful but the "personal banker" wouldn't look at me or address me and took another customer before me even though I was there long before the other customer. Then a delightful young man in a suit approached another woman who had come AFTER ME and sent her to the tellers. Then he addressed me. I explained that all I needed was to submit some paperwork and just needed someone to photocopy it or let me email the electronic copy. Then he explained that the copier is broken and they were short staffed. Ok, PNC, if you can employ one person to greet people, why is there 1 person who can make photocopies but 5 other people are idle. I would have been happy to leave the paperwork or email you an electronic copy. Seriously, when a customer comes in, it should be all hands on deck. If there was 1 person running around busy, I would not be writing this review. There were 6 employees that I could see and 3 customers. I'm moving my account ASAP!

Actually it was PNC Bank at 1340 Freedom Road in Cranberry. I needed foreign currency for my travels so on August 27th I placed the order for $600 Euros. I was told that it should be 2-3 business days to get my money. Well I had to call today on September 4th to find out if my currency had arrived. They placed me first on hold then finally come back and said they couldn't find my money but would call me back in 10 minutes. Well about 15 minutes later they called and said my cash had been felony FedEX to the wrong address but they would have it there shortly. Now is the frustrating part, I had requested $600 euros but only got $505 because the teller didn't listened to my request. This is why I can't stand PNC Bank. They don't listen to the customer.

We have been customers for 30+ years; have checking, savings, mortgage and auto loans! We have never been treated so poorly by anyone at a bank until the encounter with a certain associate last Friday. She raised her voice to me, causing everyone in the bank to look at me. I was told by a very helpful associate that everything was "ok" with a previous transaction. Went to the bank for their expertise! I understand that the problem with the transaction was not the fault of the bank. I would just appreciate a little discretion and tact when dealing with private issues at your counter.

I recently had an adviser liquidate my late father's investment account. I was charged $1500 to sell 15 mutual funds. This is ridiculously overpriced. I could have done it online, had I known it would cost this much. So, I would not recommend using this branch, unless you enjoying giving all your money away to super high fees and commissions.

This location has the best customer service. Every employee is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do wish they would bring back their coin counter though. Usually I just use the drive through, but I have had nothing but the best experiences here no matter what the reason for coming in.

These people are wonderful! The kids and I are greeted by name when we come in the door, and they even give the kids treats to take home for the dog! They are always so welcoming and friendly in a genuine way.
