This is the only shop I'll trust with my truck. They do fantastic work, they are fair, and most importantly they are super friendly. Ask for Sonny, you'll be in good hands.

I rarely write reviews but this shop was the worst place I have ever dealt with. I had a small job on my car & the owner said they could fix it in a couple days & it wouldn’t cost much. My car sat at his shop for over 3 weeks! Each time I called I was told another excuse, employees called off, another car had to go ahead of mine, etc etc. Twice I was told “oh we just got it on our lift & it should be done tomorrow “.
Tomorrow never came! My car sat outside in the same spot every time I drove past.
After 3 & a half weeks the owner called & said we should come pick up the car because he doesn’t have the manpower to work on it. I wish he would have just said that after the first week but I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. Meanwhile I had to rent a car for one of the weeks.
I think he prefers to do the jobs that bring in the big bucks. I don’t blame him for that but he needs to be honest with people. He didn’t have to take my car, he could & should have said no from the start.

Great shop to work with. Friendly people. Most importantly, do very nice work. Very happy with the repairs on my car. Will use Palermo again. Fair and honest shop to deal with. Would recommend to anyone. Cannot even tell where work was done to my car. Excellent paintworkServices: Painting

I'd rate 0 star if I could. I don't recommend this shop. They're all talk and no action. Their attitude isn't genuine at all.I asked him an estimate of repairing. I asked other company for an estimate before, and I know making an estimate usually takes only a few minutes. But after one of the stuff took care of me, he said he would email the result by the next day. But he didn't. I called what my estimate is going on. Sonny Palermo, an owner received my phone, and he said he'd lost my ordering file(he even doesn't recognize who took care of me!)! He told me to take pictures of damaged parts and send him so that he would send me an estimate by EOB that day, and I sent it immediately. But he didn't it again!!!I tried to contact him several times(he didn't received any of my calls) ,and later, he just texted me he'd get to me by first thing in the next morning. Just as imagined, he'd NEVER contacted me at all until now!!!They're all talk and no action. Their attitude ISN'T genuine AT ALL. Nobody should ask them.

I’ve brought my car here twice for auto body repairs and each time it has come out looking brand new in a very reasonable timeframe! Sonny and the rest of the staff are super generous and personable & make the process of dealing with insurance and rentals smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone who needs auto body services

I took my 2017 Passat to Palermo for repair of my left rear quarter panel and knock out some dents on my trunk. They went over and above. They did a quality job and cleaned up a few parking lot dings on my doors. And they saved me money from their original quote. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

In fairness, I am writing about their wood sale business, not the auto shop,but they choose to comingle them. They claim to sell "seasoned" wood. What a lie. This wood is from trees that were literay just cut down. $50 for wood that will not burn, period. Not only that, but anyone that knows anything about wood is that it will turn your fireplace pitch black if it is fresh...which it did to mine. $50 to let them store their newly chopped down trees at my home. Absolutely do not donate your money to this place for firewood. According to the reviews, your car seems safe, your warmth is not.Tried it again Tonight...just in case. This wood is brand new. They are literally chopping down live trees and not allowing them to age. Literally, living trees that are producing O2. They are chopping them down and within days,selling them as "seasoned"firewood

Fixed some trim on my Honda Odyssey. Really nice people, good work (looks brand new) and fast! Only took a couple of days from initial visit to ordering part to installation. Highly recommend!
