New Choice installed a whole wall piece of porcelain backsplash along with a hood and all the countertops for my new kitchen. The result is simply stunning! Not only does it add to the aesthetic appeal, but it's also highly functional and easy to maintain. Working with such a large piece of porcelain is a challenging task, but New Choice executed it with impeccable quality. The installers were polite and professional throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful demeanor of Grace and the other designers in the office. Their willingness to communicate ensured that we all spoke the same design language at the end. This willingness and the collaborative effort made the entire process enjoyable, culminating in a very satisfying outcome.

We were without a kitchen for 8 months due to water damage! We had a contractor who did part of the project and then disappeared. When we finally were able to talk to him he told us it would be another 2 months until he could get to us. We went to Wexford to look for something else & just happened to park in front of New Choice. We went in looking at counter tops, talked with Patty & took a couple samples home. When we came back with our Choice we told her we didn't know how long it would be & explained our predicament. She said oh we install cabinets as well. We couldn't believe our luck & got the ball rolling. Within 1 week the guys were here installing our cabinets & a couple of days later we had countertops, backsplash, cabinets sink & plumbing all hooked up! The guys were so good at what they do, very precise in everything. And they cleaned up after they were finished. It looks so beautiful & we couldn't ask for a nicer more helpful person than PATTY!! She does everything possible to make you happy. I'm so glad we just happened to park in front of New Choice.

New Choice Wexford performed a design and remodel main bath project for us and they exceeded our expectations on all accounts. Patty was excellent at helping us design and select components and colors as well as providing superior customer service. The project itself was priced fairly, and the work was performed in a timely and professional manner. All the skilled craft working on the project were very conscientious about arriving on time and thoroughly cleaning up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.Service: Remodeling

We checked into many other places, but new choice had such a great offer. I got a bundle of removal of old and install of my granite, a faucet and sink, backsplash, and even plumbing within my budget. I went to the warehouse, picked my stone, and they came in two weeks. The workers were efficient. They spoke little English, but surely enough for me to be able to instruct what I wanted them to do. The one single seam in my granite is completely invisible. The granite is luxury thickness at 1 and 1/4 in. It came sealed. The workers said it doesn’t need sealed for ten years! I was excited to hear that. The granite was done on a Friday and backsplash was done on Monday all in one day. I had to touch up the grout in two spots but it was near perfect. The plumbing was good. The faucet they gave me is the best faucet I’ve ever had. The sink is nice and deep. Everything looks beautiful and works like it should. My granite definitely upgraded my house. I took a risk on the island with some golden minerals, but they make it more glamorous and unique. I might paint my cabinets grey someday, but might not since decorating can bring it all together. I thought about quartz, but wanted this particular stone because of uniqueness. Overall very pleased with the experience and May use them in the future for my bathroom counters, sinks, faucets, and plumbing.Service: Granite countertop installation

Disclaimer- I have not purchased anything from this company.Called the local store to get an idea on pricing for a large outdoor kitchen job. When the phone was answered I introduced myself and explained the size of the job. The wonderfully rude gentleman on the other end of the line goes, "Ummm, who are you and where are you calling from?" From there, the conversation deteriorated quickly and I finally become so frustrated I just said thanks for your help and ended the call.There are several very welcoming companies in the Pittsburgh area with which to work. If this is how New Choice treats prospective customers when first meeting them, I would hate to see how they treat actual customers. It seems that there have been several good reviews, however. So maybe I just got the miserable Friday afternoon employee. Proceed cautiously.

Patty was outstanding and amazing to work with... We purchased cabinets and countertops for our bathroom remodel ... Being a business owner myself ..... this is the definition of great customer service... Extremely pleased and highly recommended.

Our experience with this company was horrible. We contacted them numerous times to schedule an appointment to measure for kitchen wall cabinets in my daughter’s home. It took several weeks and two visits to the store before Bruce scheduled an appointment. He was a no-show for the first appointment. When he did show up to take measurements, my daughter specifically told him she wanted a diagonal corner cabinet with a glass door and a spice cabinet on the side of the oven hood. We heard nothing for 5 weeks. When my daughter contacted him, Bruce said he had sent the renderings one week after our meeting. She had received nothing. He ‘resent’ them, and they were all wrong. He had incorrectly measured the wall space on either side of the kitchen window. He tried to fit 3 cabinets into a 20-inch space that could accommodate one cabinet. There was no diagonal corner cabinet, nor was there a spice cabinet. Obviously, the corresponding pricing was wrong. She had asked Bruce to remeasure and has heard nothing since. This company deserves zero stars for poor customer service, lack of response, and inaccuracy of design and pricing.

They got good collections of granite and quartz with affordable prices. They have completed the project within the requested timeline. They did good job. Only frowning factor is there is no post installation support. After couple of days of project completion, I have noticed the countertop has chipped. When I asked the owner whether it can be fixed, he said that it can be fixed. Later he stopped by to collect the final payment and assured that he will send someone to fix the chip. After that no one showed up. There is no response from the owner. My calls and texts are ignored.Service: Remodelling

Called on Friday to tell us that “their power was out,” so they couldn’t install on Saturday like they’d planned. “We’ll be there on Sunday at 11.” It’s past noon and nothing. Great, thanks a lot for messing up both days of our weekend. No number to call.

Had my entire kitchen remodeled by New Choice Home Deco and I couldn't be happier with the work done! The whole process was incredibly smooth and quick. Matthew is very experienced and a great designer: he knew exactly what we needed and wanted. John, Grace and their whole team of installers are real professionals and incredibly talented. We received great advice on top of amazing service. It was a real pleasure to work with them. And of top of that their materials are beautiful, I love my new kitchen. Very disappointed! Ordered shaker cabinets and granite countertop. One cabinet came in opening on wrong side, countertop was not installed level, measurements were incorrect - they did not allow enough space with filler to open drawer near window. My husband had to travel to warehouse 4 separate times to pick up wrong orders, the cabinets had to be shifted due to wrong measurements and backsplash had to be redone because of the countertop not being level. This caused our contractor hours of extra work, therefore causing us a lot of extra money in labor. And their communication and service to customer is below par. Would not recommend!

Grace and her team of installers are 100% professional and very detail oriented. I found myself with a house full of cabinets whenever the install quote from a big box store came in at a ridiculous price. Within an hour of calling Grace to see if her team could install them I had a price and a start day which was 2 days after calling. The installers were on time didn't waste any time and did a beautiful job at an exception price to install. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We were referred to new choice from Nikki at best tile, it didn’t disappoint! We were greeted immediately by Matt. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable in many different areas! His attention to detail is second to none!! Not only did we find the exact vanity top that we were unable to purchase at Lowe’s due to the amount of square footage, the price was also very competitive!! We highly recommend New Choice to our customers and anybody in the market for countertops.

My aunt had an awesome experience working with New Choice, the install was so smooth and professional. They have very high quality work. She couldn’t be happier and highly recommends their cabinetry. And this is all coming from an experienced renovator..
