I had an amazing experience at Appalachian Running Companynon Wexford and I can't say enough good things about Beck, the person who assisted us. Beck's expertise and customer service were top-notch. She helped my wife and I find the perfect running shoes, making sure they were the right fit for our needs. We're extremely satisfied with our visit to the store, thanks to Beck's exceptional assistance. Highly recommended!

I went to this store for the first time today. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out with perfectly fitted shoes that are honestly the most comfortable I've ever had, and I was there less than 30 minutes! The shoes were also reasonably priced; running shoes at the outlets were actually the same price as these. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and in acute pain. The elderly lady who works weekends in the store was so knowledgeable and so eager to help that i truly appreciated her efforts. I landed up buying the sports shoes and a pair of home slippers. I am extremely satisfied.

I had a great experience at the Wexford location! Personable staff who were well-informed and helped answer my every last question. Running shoes can be a big investment, and it's clear they have their customers' best interest in mind on all fronts! Would definitely return for my next pair + any other shoe needs.

Clerk was not helpful or knowledgeable about their products. She acted like I was bothering her. Went to another running shoe store. They were very friendly and super knowledgeable. I would recommend Mojo running in Cranberry

What a great experience! I have very wide, flat feet, and have been struggling with some tendonitis in my ankle. Finding the right running shoes is usually so difficult for me, and I never seem to find just the right pair, but end up making do with whatever is the least uncomfortable. We stopped into the Appalachian Running Company for the first time tonight, and it won’t be our last! Sharon was SO knowledgeable and patient with me. I must have tried on more than 10 pairs of shoes and finally found a pair that actually feel comfortable! For many years I have patronized both large sporting goods retailers and small running shoe stores, and none have ever had the inventory and size selection that Appalachian has. I need wide size stability shoes. Every pair I tried on was in the exact size and support level I need, so I was able to make a solid decision right on the spot. Not only did they carry my extended size, but they had enough inventory that I could actually choose a color I like, as well! This NEVER happens! I will be back for sure. :)

Very happy with my visit, with a foot injury it is difficult to find a shoe that doesn't bother my foot, and it takes the right person to LISTEN and help me and this is exactly what I found here. She was so helpful and understanding, she didn't rush me and she allowed me as much time as I needed and brought out a lot of choices for me to try. A wonderful experience! I will go back each time I need shoes!

I just found this place online today! Walked into the Wexford store and told them I thought I needed running shoes with more cushion... they scanned my feet and determined I needed something to support my high arch. I tried on a few pairs of shoes. I bought what they recommended, and almost all the shin splints and leg pain was gone on the treadmill tonight!! I can't believe the difference! They charge the same as other stores, but actually spend time to make sure the product meets your needs. I love this place, and will definately come back!
