I recently had two fantastic experiences with Monro for fixing an engine fluid issue and for a tire replacement. Brett was outstanding in his communication, making sure I was well-informed every step of the way. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the pricing very reasonable. Highly recommend Monro for their top-notch service and professionalism.

Had to drive from McKnight road jiffy lube, which I have been going to jiffy lube in general for a long time. I went there and they were “out of my oil” they told me to go to Wexford Jiffy Lube… I asked them “are you sure they have it” the answer I got was a resounding “definitely”I drive to Wexford and of course they don’t have it the oil. Their answer was “go to cranberry” that’s not OK. I drove down the street to this place and was taken care of right away! Friendly and efficient. An oil change should be quick and easy…. People who care that when the person shows up they need to get it done now not “by Thursday I’ll have the oil” that’s not convenient. Thank you to this team at Monroe!

It was a simple state inspection with a couple issues: more than allowable slice in one tire, front brake pads at just above minimum. Monro didn’t have an exact replacement for the tire. Brake pads wore very fast communicated and reviewed pictures, groves rotor causing the accelerated wear. Text communication was convenient, but spotty during the day, which resulted having the vehicle the whole day. All was good, I just wished the communication was not as spotty so that I could have gotten the car back a few hours earlier.

BEWARE: The Wexford Monroe charged me for goods and services not rendered. ie: an oil change and a tire rotation. they thought it was no big deal. So BEWARE

I had a good experience with having my car inspected in 2022 and so I returned this year for inspections, oil change, 2 new tires, and an alignment. Front desk service is friendly and I did not feel pressure regarding optional services. From checking in to driving out was 2 hours. I started coming here because the dealership up the road took much longer and their appointments were scheduled months ahead. Monro has a more reliable online scheduling system. The waiting area is fine for the industry and the bathroom is very clean.

Worst experience of my life I will never go back there again even if they are the last auto service available on earth. I waited three hours for an inspection even though I had an appointment, they failed my car because of the tires that they said were fine three weeks prior as they handed me an estimate for $1400 for new tires. I got the tires replaced elsewhere went back to The sticker put on. They refused to put the sticker on, unless I paid for a totally new inspection when their corporate office said, as long as I took the car back within 15 days, the sticker would be put on at no additional . The young woman at the front counter is very hostile. Should not be in a customer service position. I started doing business at the Cranberry Monro. They are awesome. I will never go anywhere else.

I will never go here again. I had an appointment at this Wexford Monro I pulled in and a truck was pulled into the 2 spots at the front door so I parked behind in at a bay door and went inside a man came from the garge and said can you park in a spot not a hello how can I help you or nothing just can you park in a spot, so I said sure and got in my car and left. I will never go back there again, I ended up at Midas and they were awesome and got me in and out with no issues and charged me way less then the $175 that Monro wanted.

Awesome tire shop that did great in a pinch! I had a rock damage my rim of my 22 genesis g70, they helped me locate a company with a tire in stock day of for it, then replaced the rim and tire for me in 20 minutes, the wheel weights were mounted very inconspicuously, and they were incredibly nice. Highly recommend them and their awesome staff!

I went in to get my rims switched out on my brand new car and I was told it would but $25 per tire. Long story short, the man working on my car came up with multiple bs charges and stories so my total went from being $100 to $200. Do not recommend!!

For inspection they wanted to charge me for 2 “stabilizer links” costing $231.54. This is for a car that sits in the garage and has never had a needed repair. Took it to another shop. Found out it was in perfect condition. Monroe in Wexford should be charged criminally.

Monro in Wexford PATERIBLE! blackmailing us! they did the inspection on my wife's car. 2016 Hyundai Tucson with 39,000 miles.They tried to take advantage of her because she does not know about car maintenance!!! Found that front brake pads have to be replaced. We replaced the pads 1 yr ago!!!! anyways or we replace tha pads or no sticker!so I asked via phone how much for 2 front pads + labor. They offered 3 packages:Silver at $139, NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND NOT EVEN ON LABOR!!!!Gold at $199, 1 year warrantyPlatinum at $239 life warranty (i bet with a lot of disclaimers.....)I instructed them to move forward with silver package2 minutes later the manager called me asking me if i do understand that there is no warrantyI said yes. I confirmed to move forward with SilverAt this point he said that they cannot keep in store the super low quality pads included in the silver (so he is selling poor quality brake pads!!!).He said they can keep in store only the Platinum package pads. Silver and gold they have to order thus the pads will not be arriving today thus inspection will fail .Baseically he said that if we do not go to Platinum they have to order the pads and the car will not pass inspection!!! I asked if he was blackmailing us! He said this is what he is instructed to do!... not his decision... he is the manager!So i said that we have no choice other than to take the platinum because we need the car and we do not want to pay inspection twice!!! he said yes! So I instructed to move forward with platinum informing that we will never ever use their services in the future. I said again this is blackmailing!After few minutes my wife called me telling that they approached her again and offered to install the gold package ordering the brakes that will be arriving in 30 minutes!!!Ashamed! will never go there again!
