Highly recommend! I’ve been coming to this shop for 4 years now and they never disappoint. The service is always friendly and fast and they work hard to get you a good deal. I had to stop in today with a flat tire and they had me patched up and back on the road in under an hour!!

Stopped in on Monday or Tuesday this week. Anthony told me that I needed to make an appointment for my oil change and inspection. He stated that Friday at 9am would work. I got there at 9am and waited at the McDonald's for an hour and 7 minutes. I called to check on the status of my car and Anthony told me that they didn't even get pulled in yet to start the work. Wait! What? I went back got my car and left. Just wasted most of my morning, holding myself accountable to their appointment time and they just wasted my time. I will not be back.

I have been giving my Honda CRV since 2023 for oil change and inspection here in Monro@Wexford. I went there 4 times and into ran into 3 new team of people managing the show. The whole team is new everytime. I was always not able to relate my past experience to the new team and they did not care to speak of the old team.
In March 2024 i gave my CRV Honda for Oil change. All went well and in June 2024 i drove out of town and when i was driving in the free way at 75 Miles per hour.. There was a sudden sound and i was scared. We parked at the side of the road to see the slkid plate had come down and was rubbing to road. We did a temperory fix to the Skid plate and finished my trip with a lot of worry on the mind. We came to Monro and the manager Bret said its our mistake you have been cming here for 34 time now only people here have worked on you vehicle...we will fix it . He said he will order a new skid plate and it will be good. Bret kept telling me he had ordered the skid plate and i kept visiting the place to check on it. He said it is stuck in Florida and is on its way. One fine day when i vistied them , i was told Bret was fired. I spoke to the new manager about my case and he after 2 weeks of no proper answer said... we have a Car inspection sheet from March 2024.. you car came in with 2 screws missing from the skid plate and i cannot help you with anytihng.
Just from now where after 2 month and 5 personal folws up and texting i was told we cannot help you and we are not open to discuss anything. Bret and his commitment and faulty repoars were his way of managing and he is not there.
I am letting you know that the teams only care what they start with and dont care of past repairs. They too will move out in 6 months and a will new team come in.. they dont care of old repeairs works and doings.
I wil not go there again... and i request all handing over their presious cars to the Monro Auto service @ wexfrod to do it on your own risk.
VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND OWNERSHIP

Had an appointment for 8AM. This place opens at 730AM. I arrived at 7:40 and the place was completely empty and the doors were locked. Waited until 8:30 and decided to leave. Called later in the day to speak to them and was not able to even get through. Awful experience and waste of time.

Anthony is extremely rude. Was not busy and told me I needed an appointment to check tire pressure and said it would be an hour charge for labor. Would not recommend.

I’ve dealt with this store for over three years with oil changes, state inspections, mechanical issues, and changing tires and brakes. They are the best in Wexford for price and deal with customers.
I highly recommend to deal with them.

I recently had two fantastic experiences with Monro for fixing an engine fluid issue and for a tire replacement. Brett was outstanding in his communication, making sure I was well-informed every step of the way. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the pricing very reasonable. Highly recommend Monro for their top-notch service and professionalism.
