“It is amazing how many different things can be in one store that isn't super size. This is it. Camping, canoeing, hiking , running, fishing,..yes it's all here. And the friendly staff is very willing to help if you have questions. While the prices are somewhat higher, so is the quality. Best to have something that lasts and you'll enjoy the entire time.”

“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”
“Hot Topic in Ross Park Mall is a very interesting little store. Much to explore. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and organized store. Prices are high for this type of store but there are always sales and coupons to use. My only issue is that the store doesn't carry a wide variety of plus size clothing in the actual store, requiring you to purchase the larger sizes online.”

I had to order because they didn’t have in stock, in my size, so know they can do that for ya. Now im not a teen or 20-something or 30-ish but style has no age and if you go there and you love Boho, you will find your tribe!”

“My son, his groomsmen and the fathers all had custom suits made by Nino for his wedding. They all looked fabulous! This company was so easy to work with for all of them, and the excellent quality of the suits were very evident. Nino was patient, kind and organized. For the cost of renting a tux, they all now have custom made suits.”

“I like this store. It's well stocked, and always has a great selection of items. it's maintained very well and the staff works hard to keep things looking nice. It can get hectic on Saturdays after brunch/lunch so keep in mind there may be a wait on the changing rooms. That is to be expected and no fault of the store, however.”
“We have always liked Macy's for their variety, quality and sales staff. This experience was exactly that. The one stand out was a salesman in the shoe department. He has worked at Macy's for many years, was friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely knew shoes. I got a super comfortable pair of Rockport black dress shoes. And the reason we went there was, as I told my wife after looking for shoes in several other places that didn't fit well, including on line, that we should go to Macy's because I can usually find shoes there. They proved me right again.”

I walked around the store for many minutes before an employee spoke to me, but he did promptly ring up my purchase. The sale prices were reasonable. “I have always seen the commercials and finally was able to visit this brick & mortar store inside Ross Park Mall. Upon entering I was greeted properly & questioned what I was looking for & how shirts fit me. My fiancé was offered a bottle of water while I tried on their exclusive sanitized “sizing” shirts to get the proper fit. Once finding what fit was right for my body, all I had to do was pick a shirt I wanted and they brought it from the back individually wrapped. During check out, I was then offered & excepted a “palate warmer” which spoke to the brand and their attention to creating a phenomenal customer experience. The shirts are well designed, high quality, made to fit exactly the same, making it worth the extra cost.”
