AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a Porsche 911 that was delivered inoperable on public roads, and immediately in the shop for $2,394.32 in repair bills on the very first test drive. See attached photo.
LW has refused to offer any assistance, compensation, or remedies whatsoever.
They referred me to a local mechanic who examined the car and then proceeded to deliver me a car with engine issues that made it impossible to operate safely. The car failed in multiple ways including a broken window upon first operation and an engine failure less than 6 miles in to the very first drive.
Their response says they "reduced the sales price of the vehicle by thousands" which is objectively false. Their website falsely advertises free shipping if you pay full price for the car. I told them I was located in Los Angeles and was told "that's too far and requires an extra $500 in transportation cost". This $500 cost is not noted anywhere on the website, so that's red flag one.
I was told the covered transportation cost was $2,000. So I simply asked them to reduce the purchase price of the vehicle by that exact amount and handle the transportation cost myself. Surprise surprise, I was able to get fully covered transportation for hundreds less than $2,000, so this is just another way for them to disingenuously get some extra money from you.
If you want to avoid lack of communication, dishonesty, and the possibility of purchasing a car that simply does not operate, do not work with this company.

From my first view of the car down to the signing, Dylan made sure that I was completely satisfied with any inquiries. He even took care of some minor flaws that I spotted. He made sure that I left their lot happy,which I assured him I was.Thoroughly !! When my pockets become a little fatter I will definitely reach out to him. Their selection is impressive. Oh, that’s my nephew with me,he was happy cause I was happy!!

I purchased a 2005 Ford Mustang GT from this dealership around July 10th of this year. When the car arrived at my home in Buffalo New York, it would not pass inspection, the rear tires were not within drivable limits in terms of tread, the service engine light was on, the rear differential was leaking and the front brakes had frozen calipers, rusted rotors and no pads to speak of. With a car that age I knew I would have to put some money into it but these were basic things that are normally repaired or serviced before the auto is put up for sale. As an accountant I worked on many auto dealerships in my career and none of them would have put up a car in this condition for sale, especially when it would not pass inspection. I am truly disappointed with my experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone or purchase from them again. I have reached out to the dealership to for some form of compensation for a part of what I had to spend to bring the car up to standard, with no response.
I contacted the dealer about this situation and what I had to do about the car. After some discussions and e-mails between the management team and myself we can to a resolution and some compensation was paid to me for the costs I absorbed. When I wrote the original review, they immediately responded and clearly indicated that they would make good and work out some resolution with me. They have done this. I found working with them that they were honorable and did what they said they would do which really pleases me and I found out clearly that they care deeply about their reputation in the community and the customers they deal with. I find this resolution to be acceptable to me and give them high marks for standing behind the vehicles they sell. Also, they will do exactly what they say they will do. Having said this and what has transpired after my initial review I would now gladly do business with them again.

Amazing experience all around and they maintain their cars extremely well. Dylan George was great to work with on getting my Camaro. Will definitely be going back to them in the future.

There are plenty of cars and plenty of dealers out there. No need to deal with LW Automotive. Be patient, the car u want will be available elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Recently purchased a car from LW Automotive and had the pleasure to work with Caden during the entire process. Caden did a great job answering all my questions, was very enthusiastic, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire buying process. Caden also ensured a faulty electric seat switch was repaired before shipping the car out to me.
LW Automotive has an impressive selection of vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience buying a used car with Dylan! He was very professional and quick to get me any information I needed. After looking at a few different cars he recommended me one and sure enough I ended up purchasing that one.
It was a little intimidating buying my first car, but Dylan was easy to work with, showed me some great deals and helped me get everything setup so I could drive off the lot in my new vehicle. Great people to work with at LW Automotive!
