People always take the time to write complaints against establishments instead of approaching them first, but almost no one takes the time to give a good review. Yesterday they opened their restaurant and the food is delicious. If you are looking for authentic tacos, this is the place. They served us quickly and everything was more than delicious. I have visited a few times. The store is alright, but nothing special. The people that work there would rather ignore you than interact with you. They have good menudo.

Rude. I called on the phone to check if they had Pre-made Birria today as they had in the past when I stopped by and the man on the phone acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He rudely continued to tell me that "THEY ARE CALLED CARNITAS" Now I am not Hispanic but I lived in Los Angeles for the last couple years and know carnitas & Birra are not the same thing. Did not appreciate the attitude and will not be returning to this store.

Showed up at.10:40 store was closed, online said 10 am and OPEN. Not a great business model for sustainability. Won't drive the 30 min again.

Was very disappointed in this stores selection. I was looking for authentic Mexican food after just returning from Los Angeles. They didn't have hardly any of the authentic food as found out west; not a good selection of seasonings, no Carne Asada, and no authentic corn tortillas. Add to the fact that we were the only people in the store, and the young boy and older lady never acknowledged our presence. I've heard the tamales on the weekend are good, but I won't be going back.

Terrible customer service! The owner is always in a bad mood and really rude. She didn’t want to sell us tortillas. later on she said we could grab some from the refrigerator but got mad when we grabbed them. I don’t know why she has a store if she doesn’t want to sell things.??♀️ Also she never opens on time.

Worst service ever! Unorganized food srrvice. Few products. Flex business hours at their convenience. Online time is not same as on door. Extremely rude to person's with hearing disabilities. Will not make the hour trip to support this business.
