I have purchased all my furniture from this store. I usually have a good experience. Not this time. The delivery team damaged two of the three pieces. Months later I'm still waiting for a knob for my drawer. When I called the store today, they told me they couldn't help me and I had to call corporate. How can it take months and several calls to get a handle to a drawer that they damaged????

My husband and I were lucky to have Alexus as our salesperson at the Wexford location. She gave us many option in our price point. She did not hard sell or pressure us. Alexus was upbeat, professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchases.

I wass greeted as I entered the store by a very friendly associate. She took me to the items I was interested in and answered all my questions.

Ordered furniture, needed 2 cushions replaced within 8 months, followed their prompt instructions to get the cushions replaced and the wring 2 cushions came. The guy that came to the house said he would get the correct cushions ordered, he came today and low and behold, a cushion was missing. If you need things replaced, fixed, etc., I would not count on them. We are Disappointed to say the least.

Many reasonable options for in stock leather furniture. Sales person very helpful, let us browse, did not hover. Highly recommend!

Kennedy was amazing she explained all our options thoroughly and professionally. We have bought several things at Levin over the years but this is our first mattress and box spring. They had so many options. It would have been overwhelming without her help. I’ll follow up after delivery!!!!

Do not buy anything custom made here. We bought a couch it was delivered two different colors, had multiple tears, and uneven stuffing and are getting the run around from the warranty dept that because it was custom made it has to be repaired in home …. Not possible to make the repairs in home. Needs remade or refunded which they are not willing to do.
