Love, love, love this consignment boutique! Erika has done a phenomenal job of taking a very lovely store, to the next level. It’s truly a wonderful establishment! The clothes are always in immaculate condition, prices are great, staff is very friendly and store is so clean! I’ve been to all of the consignment stores in the Pittsburgh area and this is above all the rest, and the only store I partner with to consign my belongings. You won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately I was in FLA till April when Tracey West sold business to Erica Kocak in November. After many calls neither will take responsibility for the unpaid commission I was due from items left till 90 days after September. No payment received after Oct 15 on remaining items left available for sale. I believe no way to operate a consignment store.

Color me impressed! I went in for a unique gift for my sister and walked away with a few things for myself too! The owner helped me herself and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out for yourself. I will definitely be back soon.

WOW !!! Extremely high prices for a consignment shop. This shop used to be a little gold mine and a wonderful place to shop. Not anymore. Macys has better prices and everything's NEW

I'm glad there is a consignment store in Wexford for Women's fashion (Wexford needs more consignment stores!) and I've been coming here on and off for years... but I have two issues... 1) it smells like Plato's closet, like everything here is just doused in toxic Febreze! I just cannot stand the smell of this place and how hard it is to get that stale Febreze smell out of the clothes I do buy there... and 2) I feel that, recently, the items just are nothing to write home about. Lots of Talbots clothing (nothing against Talbots but there was just a LOT of it) especially in the larger sizes, the jewelry and most of the handbags they have are incredibly dated (I do expect things to be a bit dated at a consignment store, but the selections here I don't think I would've liked 10 years ago), and their pricing is a bit high for some items. Recently I've visited several times and walked away with nothing, sometimes with 1-2 things. Never a big haul form here (though, it is a relatively small and quaint store!).

The store thinks it is a high-end retail store, but it's not it's just a consignment shop. Their rules are getting more strict and it is just not worth my trouble shopping or consigning here.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. The ladies who run it are very nice, I will say that. But the selection is not great, and they have gotten rid of most the jewelry. Plus, most of the items that aren't even high-end designer (think private-lavel Anthro brands from China) are mark NS (which means they never go on sale) because they are supposedly "designer". It makes no sense. I don't think that weeding out every good item and putting exorbitant prices on mediocre designer pieces is helping this shop.

Very expensive for a thrift store. I saw several items with prices not far off from their retail price. At that point I’d rather buy a new version rather than a used one.

This place has gone completely downhill since changing owners. The woman named Kelly who works in there has ZERO class or customer service. Don't waste your time going in this store, it is overpriced garbage.

I was super impressed with the quality and amount of items. The prices were really good too for the majority of items. Customer service was really good too-both women that helped me were very nice.

This store used to be vety nice with high quality clothing and jewelry. But since new ownership took over, the quality has gone down. Very limited supply of everything. Sad.
