“I have belonged to many gyms. This one is different. Personalized attention. Great personal trainers. They really work with you to promote success. They know who you are and encourage you to do as much as you can safely--increasing the intensity of your routine ongoing. I see progress! And I have fun doing the workouts. They are challenging but energizing and I always leave glad that I came.”

“I have been going to D-Fit for about 2 months now, and I cannot think of one negative word to say about it! The atmosphere is welcoming, comforting, and not overwhelming one bit. I had a lot of anxiety related to taking a class with other people. I am not in the best of shape and thought for sure I would not be able to keep up. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like I would be able to succeed. The instructors are kind and encouraging while being challenging all at the same time. I especially love the Zumba classes and the Get Strong Circuit. I highly recommend D-Fit to anyone looking to burn some calories!”

“Definitely a hidden gem for gyms in the PGH area. It's never crowded even during peak gym hours and offers a variety of old/new equipment. It has multiple areas so you don't have to wait on any equipment. Also, offers a sauna as well as a track and turf/basketball courts when it's not rented. There's also a tennis academy and offers a lot of kids activities so there's a little bit of everything for everyone. Staff and owner are friendly and responsive.”

“Daughter started volleyball with Renaissance volleyball club offering a beginner volleyball course for her age group which is middle school age basically she loved her first one. Thank gosh for them because we live about an hr away and theres nothing to teach them...their first intro to volleyball is 7th grade. So hoping this will prepare her some for January when volleyball begins for her age group and prepare her for school tryouts. And who knows maybe eventually will get involved with more programs at this gym. We are def grateful that it exists and we found it at the exact.time we were looking.”

“I have Meniere's, BPPV, BVH and vestibular migraines, and i wear Progressive eye glasses. I decided to take action. The rest of my body needs to be strengthened to help all the junk in my head.ANYTIME FITNESS at Mt. Nebo Point has been the best decision for me.At my fitness evaluation with Colin Morse, he explained that wearing Progressives can make those of us with vestibular issues more prone to dizziness, etc. My otolarynologist/ ENT never mentioned this! Nor did my vest PT or PCP!He and my incredible trainer Chris developed a program tailored to those concerns. When I went for my annual eye exam I asked about the correlations between vestibular/Progressives. My doctor agreed with that possibility.Through this journey both Colin & Chris have been so kind & motivating, adapting my work out as needed but pushing me forward.Love ❤️ ? ? those 2 & AF Mt. Nebo!”
