We purchased the monthly membership but we are canceling (which apparently can only be done when certain people are there). The car leaves covered in soap now twice, the attendants don’t guide the car into the track so the tires bang around and the car gets stuck in the wash skipping tracks. They need to quality control their machine for a longer rinse cycle as the soap is everywhere when we leave. Not a quality service.

Wet go. Can you please have your wash employees use the pressure washer before entering wash. I'm talking on the wheels. Nothing worse than paying for a wash to have dirty wheels after $14. Is this a lazy employee problem or a recent change. Weekly washes btw. There was an older gentleman at one location that was very thorough w pressure washer on wheels, great job. Im constantly on road and have been through many for work. With the exception of one, the rest get an FFFFF

The new gas pumps are very annoying. You have to push it forward into the tank the entire time or it stops. Not very sanitary.

I will NEVER come to this GetGo again! When I was filling my car up with gas, i went into my car to stay out of the cold and had my accessory car on and got slammed by a teenager employee for him saying that it was too dangerous when i was trying to stay warm. What a way to end my evening with this employee slamming me whenever my car wasnt even on!

I NEVER, and I mean NEVER get the most expensive carwash but I decided to get the most expensive wash because there was a deal today. I also considered signing up for the monthly deal they have but after today not worth it. I’ve come here before and never had a problem but today I almost went to another carwash to get the soap off my truck. At the end of the wash the dryers were blowing more soap off my truck than water. After I got out when I got home I noticed a huge area on the passengers side that didn’t seem to be touched. Not sure if something wasn’t working correctly but for a carwash the normally costs $18 I expected a little better.

Forces you to choose whether to get a car wash before fuel will dispense. I will never purchase a car wash from this facility

The attendants don't guide you into the wash. They just stand there and wait. My car has scraped the lower front bumper on the channel that pulls the car, damaging my bumper. Also, the wash doesn't dry your car well. Not worth it.

Located in the Village at Pine shopping center, if headed Northbound there is a convenient exit from Perry Highway into (and out of) the center close to the GetGo/WetGo entrances. The rating is based on the layout of the property's flow for autos and the Basic package car wash at the WetGo. I decided to get a car wash and pulling into the property is tricky for the same reason it is tricky when pulling out of the car wash exit. There is no stop sign for incoming cars and you have to look for cars exiting the car wash and exiting the vacuum stalls, and the pumping stations! It all happens in the same lane. When I exited the car wash I felt like a chicken trying to cross the rode to get to the other side of the road to pull into the vacuum stalls which are FREE to use with the purchase of a car wash. They also have free to use clothes to finish drying you car at these stalls. I'd give the car wash 1-star because I wanted to go back through the car wash because my car still had places needing more thorough washing apparently. It was shiny but still dirty in places. Definitely not worth the money.

No wonder this GetGo has such bad reviews. I’ve had a WetGo unlimited subscription for MONTHS and now they refuse to let me go through a car wash I’m paying for because it might damage my car? Hasn’t stopped anyone else from letting me go through the car wash! Profiling me because I’m not driving a $50,000+ car? I’m positive.

Bought a car wash just to vacuum out my car and they shut it off half way through vacuuming! Unbelievable “free vacuuming”
