Denise Baker did a phenomenal job at communicating different options and different ways to do things along with the entire process she kept us updated and was forthcoming with more information than we could have imagined which was amazing compared to any other company! She was without a doubt the best and easiest to deal with. If you are trying to buy a house, I wouldn't ever think about using anybody else as long as I can use Denise!

The overall experience was excellent! I found the personalized attention and guidance through the loan options particularly valuable. Karen was very knowledgeable about the loan options available and explained everything clearly. Her communication was outstanding; I always felt informed and never hesitated to reach out with questions. She was always responsive to my inquiries, which made the whole process much smoother. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends!

Would recommend. High satisfied with First Commonwealth bank.Clyde was very professional. He listened to all of my concerns. He always made sure it was about me. He never gave up and he wouldn't let me give up either. He was always positive even when I was negative a day ready to throw in the towel.

Sarah Emery, Loan Originator, is available by phone or email. Sarah, personally is pleasant and very comfortable to communicate with by phone or by email. Sarah was not only professional but also informative and actively inspiring. Sarah not only assisted step by step explanations and reviews , but also double or triple checked all information. Sarah emailed or called and made sure we understood what was going on, and what was needed every step of the way. Sarah actively checked in and on us throughout process. Sarah's helpfulness and encouragement throughout each step in process was calming and easier throughout the whole process. Sarah didn't just help explain information but definitions and recommendations understandably.
