It is a good bank but a little behind the times

I use them for my business. A lot of my business centers on my debit card. It was canceled last Saturday for suspected fraud (false alarm). I was told I would get a new card in seven days. I am now looking at two weeks and they want "reorder" it. I am disappointed at their urgency and would not recommend them to other small businesses because of it. The online, Backoffice services are terrible. They don't get businesses need a response time of a few days.

Tod's outstanding expertise and high levels of customer service made our first mortgage experience a great one! His ability to both empathize with us and also instill the importance of prompt documentation led to a quick settlement. We cannot fully express how well Tod represents First Commonwealth and will not hesitate to do business with him again!

Joe is the man! Absolutely loved working with Joe, he mad my first time home buying process a breeze! ALWAYS returned my calls even if it was late night, he helped me out tremendously getting me approved for the house I loveeee with $0 due at closing!He’s awesome :D

I have to say the personal attention and friendly nature off this branch and the bank is it's best quality. The tellers remember you when you come in or call and always have the answer to any questions.

Great bank with many account options and fantastic customer service. I love the hometown feel and special attention you get as a regular customer.
