I was purchasing aGroupon for Dolce Vita Salon. I called to see if I could get an appointment. I called twice during business hours and got no answer so I left one voicemail as instructed. It is 48+ hours and never received a call back. I am in search of a new salon. I thought what a better way to try a place than with a Groupon. I will not be purchasing this Groupon nor will I ever become a future customer of a salon that does not return my call.

Has a Groupon for cut, roots, highlights and, conditioning treatment My roots were around 3/4 grown out Here's what I had done. Lowlights. (15) One or two snip of the scissors at my back, razored my neck. Not worth it... won't go back In fact I'll never use a Groupon again for hair. They have to pay so much to Groupon and it's discounted price so you won't be happy.

Sonya did a great job with my haircut and highlights. She got my hair to exactly how I wanted it. If you’re looking for a great deal, professional care, and a hair makeover Sonya is your girl. Dolce vita salon is super cute and down to earth place. Not sure why the air wasn’t on the entire time being a hair salon.

The haircut was mediocre - nothing amazing and nothing awful. Rylee informed me that she would be unable to blow-dry my hair due to new Covid-19 restrictions, which is understandable. My regret comes from the poor customer service. I found Dolce Vita on Groupon and when I called to make an appointment, I was informed over the phone that I could simply pay the Groupon price, at the discounted rate Groupon was offering that day, directly to the salon instead of purchasing. I took a screenshot to confirm. On the day of, when I went to pay, I was informed that I could only pay the original Groupon price. Normally this is fine and wouldn’t bother me - but the Groupon also states that there would be styling included? If this isn’t possible, where is the courtesy to reduce the price, even if it’s just to the discounted Groupon? In fact, where is the courtesy to confirm with the customer ahead of time that she won’t be able to use the full Groupon and give the customer and option to reschedule for a later, more appropriate date? I was not informed when the salon texted to confirm the appointment and felt very misled here. Rylee’s comment that “it’s only a few dollars more” is unappreciated as well. If it’s only a difference of a few dollars, then Dolce Vita should have no problem reducing the price, if only to compensate for this horrible attitude.

Rylee cut my hair shorter than I asked her to and it ended up shorter than she said it would. By the time I could actually notice it, the hair was already gone. Other than that, good experience
