I was helped today by both Rosemary (to find a product that my eye doctor recommended) and by Gennie at checkout. Both of these staff members are good-humored and patient. They know the store products extremely well and respond immediately to a request for help, regardless of the other tasks that they need to accomplish. I look forward to seeing them, and the pharmacists, when I am at my Wexford CVS.
Previous visit
Gennie greets me whenever I arrive during her shift. She took the initiative, as she often does, to assist me in editing some photos that I wanted to print. Then she efficiently went to help other customers while I shopped for other items on my list. Melissa helped me at check out, and Gennie told her (while Gennie was serving other customers) that there were photos ready for me as well. Staff members at this CVS are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No AI in the world can touch the care provided by real people.”
